I tried to check in around 9:30pm. There was no one at the check in counter... no employees downstairs at all... and I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone, the attendant was apparently upstairs and came out of the elevator. Also to note, there were a bunch of kids running around the lobby like animals, throwing and kicking a ball back and forth in the lobby, not the hotels fault, but they were fresh out of the pool, and there was water everywhere, all over the tile floor, and all over the elevator. My kid actually commented about how wet the floor was. No warning signs about wet floors or anything. I mean, kids will be kids, but they shouldn’t be taking the pool with them. The hotel did nothing about the loud kids or the water everywhere. Upon first glance, the room looked nice. I pulled out one of the washcloths off of the top of the towel rack, and there was a Cheeto stuck to it. Eww. Were those towels new and dirty, or were they left over from the previous guests? I was in a suite with a tv in the bedroom and a tv in the main area. The tv in the bedroom did not turn on at all. In the main area, there was a pull out couch for the kids. The person who checked us in knew we had kids with us. Upon further inspection of the room, there were no sheets for the pull out, no pillows, no spare blankets, nothing. The kids lounged on that nasty, dirty bare mattress for about 45 minutes waiting for someone to run sheets up to us. The sheets on the bed were stained, or dirty, I don’t know which. Breakfast is free for just kids. $5 for adults. My kid wanted to take a box of cereal to go, and the restaurant attendant made a big deal about us taking it out of the restaurant. I’ve always done this at other places. Normally for continental breakfasts, you can eat there, or take it with you to eat in your room or whatever, and they don’t care. This hotel does. In the evening when talking to the overnight attendant about the broken tv, he said he would make sure we’re not charged full price for the room. When checking out, I made the comment to the AM attendant that I hope we’re not charged full price, since the tv didn’t work, and she said that she’d have to charge full price then ask someone to resolve it later... yeah right. There should be a manager on the premises to deal with PR issues like that. I will probably never see a refund. And I will probably never stay there again.

Decent rooms, very friendly staff. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance that needed to be done.

Breakfast was basically the same thing that is available at the holiday inn express as a buffet but had a few additional hot items available. Not sure it was worth the $5 a person though when it’s included with the HIE.

Overall, a good hotel at a fair price. Location was easy to get to and pretty quiet.

We originally had reservation's at another hotel in the area, but because of renovations they moved us to the Holiday Inn and I am so glad they did! This hotel did everything right! We enjoyed our stay! I was thoroughly impressed with the staff, cleanliness of rooms, hallways and pool.

Good location. Good breakfast. Nice indoor pool. Very comfortable bed. Had a suite with plenty of room and fridge and microwave. Staff was helpful with directions. Only took a few minutes to get to Mabee Center. Right next to Aquarium. Will definitely be at the top of my list on return trips to Tulsa.

Wifi seriously sucks!
The hot tub is BROKEN!
Indoor pool temp for water is freezing.
Hotel charges for breakfast that by the way is exactly what they normally serve as a complimentary style breakfast.
Totally crazy people would even pay for it.
Save yourself the money and go to the McDonald's next store.
Visit Tulsa frequently won't be back to stay here.
Friendly staff that's about it.
