Check in was great. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was very personable and I was pleased. Hallway door is key accessible but door didn't shut all the way so anyone could come into hallways. Hallway was very hot. Room smelled moldy and was sticky. View faced a metal container in the parking lot and a wrecked broke down car. It was a sliding door with a bar, which made me uncomfortable. Room was ok. Went to pull sheets and noticed several hairs in the bed and upon further checking a Dorito chip under the covers. I had already showered and was getting in bed, it was 9:30 and I wasn't moving. I slept on top of the covers. I notified the front desk in the morning, they offered to move me, but I just asked that they please change the sheets like it should have been done. Went to work, got back around 1pm. Maids left me coffee like I asked but sheets hadn't been touched. She was across the hall, so I asked her to please change them and she did. The pool was great! The best part of my stay. The last night there, people were outside my window/door playing basketball in the parking lot. Someone upstairs was jumping or dancing around. Air unit was also covered with mold. WILL NOT stay again.

This hotel has a nostalgia feel to it, similar to walking around in the early 1980s.

The hotel itself has an outdoor pool, free parking, and is two stories tall.

Rooms: The restroom size was larger than most hotels in this class, the beds and pillows were great, and each room had a flat screen TV, coffee, Iron board, mini fridge (not stalked), plenty of outlets, AC and an iron. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, so some stair cases smelled like smoke...

Breakfast Bar: Contained Hot Breakfast, Cold Breakfast (Cereal/Yogurt), Fruit, Tea and Coffee. They have a cook close by to answer questions, which I thought was great.

Note: There was no Wi-Fi, Arcades or things to do around the hotel. Therefore, I recommend it strongly for anyone outting in the day and just needs a place to sleep at night. Cellphone signal was great though for data usage.

Staff: Very friendly, and accommodating everywhere you went. This is probably what impacts the over all experience. We are accustom to high end hotels with "forced friendly service". Everyone at this hotel we had encounter seemed to truly love people and there job. It felt like visiting grandmas.

My only pet peeve was they are remodeling a building, so the signs are hard to follow. Make sure you ask for directions to your room before leaving the check in desk.

Our group of friends and family, age 17 to 77, truly enjoyed this place. We would return.

I stayed here 5 months ago and I could see a lot of improvements that had been made. The room was clean. The bedding was good and the shower was hot. Only had a little problem with the wifi dropping but it pick right back up a couple minutes later. I stayed on the front side near the pool. The parking is a little limited here but there is plenty of parking on the property.

Breakfast was good (eggs, ham, waffles) and plentiful with everything being available at 9:00 when breakfast is over.

One note on security: you need you room key to get onto each hall which is nice but when I checked into the ground floor room, I found the sliding glass room unlocked and the slide bar not in place. I know this is something easily overlooked but basically leaving the room wide open.

For the price $60 and my needs this was a perfect stay as I really only slept in the room and was gone the rest of the time. I will be staying here again.

Motel near highway with pool, meeting rooms, and modest, unimaginative breakfast. Great price. An attached restaurant is not open yet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was good size with 2 beds, microwave, and refrigerator. Bathroom was small but had adequate towels and supplies. Bed spreads were old. Even though we were in non smoking room, there was a cigarette burn hole in one of the spreads. Desk was very helpful in supplying local take out and delivery menus.
