room was nicely remodeled. day staff has very helpful. over night counter person was very rude and Not helpful at all. found long black hair on my pillows and nothing was done about it. bed was comfy. but for the price that we paid, at least they could have put a fridge/microwave in the room. pool was nice and hotel was easy to find. for the most part, it was a decent stay

I had a very nice stay here. Clean room. good service and great value.It is very close to Nashville and they let pets stay for free. Quite honestly one of the nicest places to stay when in the Nashville area.

I arrived for check-in around 7pm in the pouring rain to find a note taped to the front door apologizing for the broken ice machine. No fridge , no ice.. so my 2 gallons of Milo's tea and 3/4 # roast beef was ruined. The freight train passed within 200' of my room no less than 4 times that night, waking me every time. Needless to say, I canceled the remainder of my reservation there.
I did ask for a partial refund due to the spoiled groceries- but I was told I would need to argue and beg the manager if I wanted any reimbursement. Just forget it, it's not worth any more frustration.
I was set to stay in Nashville 4 nights then travel to Memphis for three nights, then on to Dallas, TX for the rest of my life. Had reservations in Motel 6 the entire time-- I cancelled everything after this crappy experience. I'll stay in a better room with a working fridge AND an ice machine, and no freight train, thanks!

Gross. Hair in bath tub. Hair on towels that ended up on my sons body. Hair in bed. None of these hairs belong to us. Room had very stron smoke odor as soon as you walked in the door. Only saw one roach so that was good. Would definitely not recommend staying here. We ended up leaving and spent the night elsewhere. I did go to the office to show the lady working all the hair. She was sweet and gave me fresh towels but that’s about it. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for.

We selected this motel because the website said the pool was open til 9:30. We went to workout in the pool and the gal on duty threatened to lock us in the pool area without explanation (we weren't being noisy or disruptive, just doing our pool walking). It turns out, the pool hours have changed and it closes at 8:00pm. The room was fine but we wouldn't stay again because of how rude she was about the pool.
