My wife and I stayed in a double hostel room whilst walking the West Highland Way. The hostel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our room was good, as were the showers. The common area was great and very welcoming. The communal kitchen was just about perfect. Our host was very friendly and exceedingly helpful. The weather forecast for the next day was for dangerous conditions and he kept us supplied with regular updates. In the end we decided to travel light the next day due to the forecast and our host arranged transport for our packs with no bother. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.
This is the third time I have stayed whilst walking the WHW. Stayed in a small two berth cabin which was very basic. Two beds with space underneath to put you luggage. No real room to move and if I ever go back, I would not chose the same accommodation. The toilets and shower complex very clean and well maintained.
I stayed in the hostel whilst doing the West Highland Way. The room was a decent size and the shower room good. The kitchen was a good size with everything you might need and the dining room/communal area was spacious.
As the place is right on the WHW route, it's a great place to stay.
Stayed in a 4 bed dorm. Shower turned off halfway through. Had to go down corridor covered in soap & shampoo! Nice big communal kitchen & lounge area. Friendly owner. Good drying room. Good location for WHW.
Great little cabin, showers and toilets. Also great drying room which allowed us to get properly dry after worthless drying rooms on previous two stops.
One of the best camps on the West Highland Way.
