Staff are so nice and will address any issue (even noisy neighbors) right away. Breakfast is always good and they have a nice variety for a buffet. Great location. They have a pool, which is great for kids and the laundry room is really helpful for doing a quick load. Exercise room is always available as well.
We stayed the weekend from 8/24-8/26/18, for a girls weekend. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had in all the years of our traveling. The hotel, rooms, pool, and grounds are very clean and well taken care of. The entire staff was the friendliest staff I have ever had the joy to meet. When we walked into the reception area, LaTisha, knew exactly who we were. Our room was spacious, with 2 queen beds, a closet with an iron and ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer, microwave, and refrigerator. My mother is handicapped, and they accommodated us with a shower chair and raised toilet seat for her since all the handicapped rooms were unavailable. The grounds and hotel were all very wheelchair/handicap friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful clean pool that also has a handicap lift. The pool area has a lot of seating with tables and chairs with umbrellas. LaTisha was an awesome cook for breakfast. There is a huge assortment to choose from for breakfast that includes coffee, and 3 types of juices. I highly recommend staying at Quality Inn in Paris, TN.
This hotel is very clean and the "southern hospitality" definitely shows. The property consists of two floors and we stayed on the second floor. We arrived to a very clean room where the air conditioning worked well and was quiet. There was good water pressure in the shower and and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was better than most, with your usual bagels and muffins, cereals, two different types of waffle batter, original and blueberry, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. One day scrambled eggs with biscuits and ham were provided; the next it was fried eggs. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant, courteous and hard-working. She took her job seriously and it showed and was a great reflection on this particular Choice Hotel property. The outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained. The Business Center was well-equipped with paper, clips, stapler, computer, laser printer and pens. The laundry facility consisted of two washers and two dryers and were $1.25 a load. There was a change machine in the laundry room, but it did not work. That is the only negative I can say about this property. All in all, we would definitely stay at the Quality Inn the next time we visit Paris, TN.
This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. Usually, we do not stay at the Quality Inn chain and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. We were in Room 117 which was immaculately clean, quiet and spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. 2 queen beds with excellent bedding, desk, 2 club chairs, separate lavatory from vanity sink area. Microwave and refrigerator. Coffee and tea in the room. Complimentary breakfast was served beginning at 6 a.m. on this Sunday morning. View of the outdoor pool. Staff was excellent. Will be back!
The Quality Inn is located near area restaurants and attractions. The fairgrounds are located just across the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. There is an outdoor pool. Free breakfast is also available adjacent to the lobby.
