I just had the most wonderful stay in a Marriott ever! Their staff service is the best! They were paying attention to every detail, always welcoming and happy to help. Al Saatsaz, the Night Manager-Concierge and Ivette... the restaurant staff- Leland, Valerie... everybody was amazing! Also, the cleanliness of my room, the bathrooms... I look forward to repeat the experience.
I am a frequent guest of Marriott. Usually have 2-3 nights per week. As such, I see lots of variety in the level of service. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistent quality of this hotel. The food was great. Room service arrived fast, hot and tasteful. The concierge was exceptional. When visiting Dallas, highly recommended this hotel.
Got stuck in Dallas overnight from a flight and had the good fortune of being put in the Quorum. When I got here there were many grumpy passengers (it was 1am) but Shane and Hassan worked all night and made everyone’s night better with their attitudes. They were extremely helpful and Hassan got me a room closer to the elevator because he saw I was on crutches and wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The room itself was clean, comfortable and perfect for my travel weary body. When I got up in the morning Hassan and Shane were still working hard and still had amazing attitudes. They made me feel at home and they made me feel comfortable. If I ever get the chance I will be coming back here and I hope to have the good fortune of seeing these two again. I will be recommending this place to people and I sincerely hope that Hassan and Shane are recognized for their outstanding customer service.
Nice hotel, nice room, very comfortable even though a bit far out from the centre of town. Great idea keeping hot chocolate and hot apple cider available for the customers free in the lobby. Lovely touch, especially in those cold evenings.
The rooms were very nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room was well equipped. If you want a room with two beds, be aware that the beds are doubles, not queens. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant. One complaint I have was with the Marriott app. You could get a virtual key through the app where you could use your cell phone to open your room door. The app said it would also get you in and out of the parking garage but that was not the case. You have to keep your room key with you so it defeated the purpose of using your cell phone as a room key. I would have rated our stay as a five out of five but having to run back up to my room a couple times to get my room key so I could get in or out of the garage was a hassle.
