We booked a room for a single night on the way up north to visit family & on our way home. We were pleased with the room and location. This location is still close enough to the expressway but not directly visible from it, it's directly across from a hospital. We never heard any sirens. There are several restaurants and a Target close by. We did have a couple of minor issues the first night. The light above the sink didn't work and the temperature control on the shower faucet wouldn't stay at a consistent temperature, we mentioned both concerns when we checked out and were given additional points for our inconvenience. The front desk staff was great. This place is very quiet and clean and we plan on returning again.

Long story short, I booked this hotel through a 3rd party site (which I will NEVER do again), and on the day of my check-in with the rest of our team driving in from Tennessee, I found out my non-refundable reservation was incorrect. The 3rd party site said they could do nothing for me. I panicked. Here I was, single mom with 2 kids stranded in Pleasant Prairie, WI. So, I called the hotel directly. Dawn answered the phone. She was kind and helpful. She calmed me down. She found a room for me AND worked things out for me with the unhelpful 3rd party site. She blessed me and my children! And when I got to the hotel to check in she let me give her a big hug! I can’t say enough about how professional and wonderful it was to do business with Dawn. I also sat in the lobby and overheard Her speak to other customers/travelers. She was always so helpful - making everyone’s stay wonderful.
The hotel is very nice. The room very comfortable and clean with a nice kitchenette with mini fridge. The clean bathroom had all the amenities one would need. The lobby is spacious enough to be comfortable and there is always hot coffee and water. There is also a nice complimentary breakfast. I’m very pleased with the hotel. And I’m beyond thankful for Dawn.
I’m a Holiday Inn Express fan now!
Thank you to Dawn and the rest of the staff at this hotel.

Clean lobby, clean hallways, elevator waiting for you in the lobby, Michelle at the front desk, very nice and welcoming!
Went to pull back my sheets to hop in bed...there was blood on the sheets..eek!
Called the front desk and Michelle switched my room right away.
I was a tiny bit disappointed that i still paid the full price for both nights despite my under-cover surprise.
Besides that, i am easy to please :)

I take my grandson to local hotels so he can enjoy the pool. We've stayed at this hotel 3 times and was completely satisfied each time. The pool is clean and well maintained and the hot tub as well. The room was very nice. We're returning there in a few days.

I stayed here for 3 one week periods. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, all were good sized. One of the rooms had a mattress that was worn enough that it had a major dip from where people had been sleeping. Rooms had a good sized microwave and refrigerator.

Good morning breakfasts with nice variety although it wasn't always completely setup at the advertised 6:30 time.

The workout room is small, has minimal equipment. Temperature varied from day to day and it needs a fan. The swimming pool was closed.

Snow removal in the parking lot and sidewalks could be better. Hotel is on a low traffic street, there is a hospital across the street. A number of restaurants are nearby.
