The staff could not have been nicer amidst covid issues and flexibility. They explained walks, parking options, restaurants, etc. It’s a safe neighborhood too to park on the street if legal by the signage. One can take breakfast carry out just outside on the cafe tables which is lovely in the am. The room was large and very clean and cleaned daily. We were very happy with everything. Lots of restaurants and bars and retail nearby. We will return!

Stayed here for 2 days. The location is great for Brooklyn and Manhattan events.
Public transportation is everywhere and suitable for Uber/Lyfts'. You can also walk to most places.
The hotel was nice and it was a quiet stay.
I was disappointed by the extra 25 a day fee which forces you to spend that money since you'll be charged anyways.
I selected the executive room which I thought would be larger...it was just an average size.
The staff was pleasant at desk and bar area which is a plus.
I would consider staying at this location again.

Excellent business class hotel. Friendly and efficient service. Easy access to local attractions, restaurants and even into Manhattan. A bit noisy due to the normal city traffic sounds. Very good room value for the money. Did not eat at hotel as had other plans in the city so no opinion.

Had a horrific experience checking in due to no manager being on duty. I filed a complaint with corporate after waiting 5 hours to be allowed to access my room. The next morning I was livid and demanded to speak to the GM who "ironically" was unavailable. Good thing was I was able to speak to Carlos who provided me with exceptional service! He used my deposit towards an additional night stay as well as free breakfast my entire visit.
