Possibly the worst hotel experience possible. The first night we checked in the staff were rude and disinterested, even lazy to the point where they couldn't check our names properly and told us we were not booked in here.

The signs posted around do not make you feel safe here. Of course you have to look after your belongings but you would hope your room would be safe! The metal shutters on the windows are also slightly intimidating.

The last night we had a power outage and the staff seemed less than interested in giving us any updates as to what was going on. We asked if they had a rough estimate and just shrugged their shoulders and that was it.

It may be worth popping over to the supermarket just up the road as tea and coffee "is only for day one"!! The maids did not care if you had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door and we would see 3-4 maids per morning!

If you are not a French National be prepared to pay the 'tourist tax' €1.70 per night per person.

The only positive note we have is that the female reception staff were kind and friendly.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely DISGUSTING! When we arrived into the room there was flies in the room, after we killed 3 on the first night we woke up the next morning and there was more!! There was blood on the wall, the pillows and quilt were stained and the shower head had mould and limescale on it. The carpet was filthy and stained and the bathroom floor wasn’t even cleaned. The beds were so uncomfortable we barley slept! The hotel was disgusting and I do not recommend that anyone stays here ever!

Stayed here for two nights while travelling for work so didn’t really research the hotel.
My room was in desperate need of renovation and wasn’t very clean. Noisy too with neighbours on every side. Breakfast was only included on the first day and was average.

The second night I worked later and arrived for dinner at 9 we’ll before the closing time of 10. Their restaurant was out of food so I had no dinner options and no one to bother assisting in any way.

The location is very isolated from anything so there are no options close by. Worst hotel I have stayed at in my years of travelling. There are far better options out there. Very dissatisfied.

First, I hope this is the exact hotel we stayed in; because the Postal Code on our Hotel invoice is 77600; whereas the one here is 77200. But the name is the same - Campanile Marne La Vallee - Bussy St Georges.

We stayed here for one night as the company we were visiting was nearby.

This is a budget hotel, and as such I have stayed in IBIS many times. This makes IBIS look luxurious. For the price we paid; I am surprised the room had no closet (only hangers in the room. There was no shower cubicle or bathtub; just a shower in the bathroom; which is very odd. And when we asked for extra towels, the lady said she has to go upstairs and look for them; and she never got back. And the sheets were not very clean, were smelling a bit.

I am sorry, but budget does not mean the above things. This was a disappointing experience.

Bussiness visit but this isnt a bussiness hotel. Youd be better to camp in tents. Hotel is a low budget, high price family hotel. Full if kids, chinese. Rooms old, no aircon, beds are ok but room constantly smells damp. Breakfast and evening buffet ok. Staff ok and helpful.
