The hotel has been totally renovated recently and although not on the beach it is a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world Grace Bay Beach. There is a designated area with loungers and umbrellas for guests. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and shops and as an added bonus breakfast is included. One has a choice between Island Scoop with a full breakfast or Shay’s Cafe where you get two $10 vouchers towards your breakfast. We enjoyed Shay’s a little better and it opened at 7:00 as opposed to 8:00 at Island Scoop. The service at the hotel was excellent. Frank and his wife, the parents of the owner Chris and Chris’s sister Jennifer were on site to make sure everything was running smoothly and were very quick to answer questions and resolve any problems we incurred. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a small fridge, a safe and a large screen HD television and wifi is free. The two young ladies at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Kanthal and Raquelle were fantastic and can’t say enough good things about them. Also, there is a coffee machine and microwave in the lobby for guest use until 8:00 p.m. Turks and Caicos is a very expensive Island and The All New Grace Bay Suites gives one the option of enjoying this beautiful island for a very affordable price.

We stayed here for the first time for two days having stayed at various other places in recent years. It is very good value. Everything is new, and extremely well maintained. Rooms have pleasant balconies overlooking a small swimming pool. Wifi is excellent. There are no coffee machines or kettles in the rooms (but there is a coffee machine in the reception). There is no breakfast facility, but the hotel provides vouchers. For early risers, they have $10 vouchers for Shay's, which opens at 7am and is a five minute walk. Their breakfast is very nice, but you likely to have pay a bit more than the $10 if you have anything substantial. If you can wait until 8am, the hotel voucher covers the full cost of breakfast at another place. One eccentricity is only one door key is provided per room. The location is attractive. The hotel is a five minutes walk from Grace Bay beach, and it has dedicated deckchairs (and shades) on the beach. The hotel is also a five minutes walk from the large Gateway supermarket, which has everything you need (except alcohol on Sundays). There are a considerable number of restaurants,with all price ranges, and again within a very short walking distance. The hotel is only about twenty minutes from the airport, but we paid $42 each way for a family of three. It is cheaper to hire a car if you plan to do anything other than go to the beach each day. The hotel has parking.

This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Grace Bay, literally 3 min away from the beach and with a well kept, even if small, pool area. Phillip always made sure everything was in order and clean, also helping us with a very uncooperative baby crib. Both front desk girls were always accommodating and receptive to our needs. Our room on the third floor was spacious and, apart from the first night when other residents played very loud music until late, it was overall very quiet, ideally for families with small kids. Breakfast or let’s say lunch - since the voucher can be used until 1pm - at Shay Cafe was a very convenient way to save little money on food since all restaurants in the area are on the high end. The grocery store is less than 5 min away - we found a shortcut right after Bella Luna restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to come back soon with the rest of the family.

We just get back from there, stayed 8 days with those great and friendly people. The place is recently renovated, new mattresses, pillows , towels , chairs and umbrellas on the beach. This place was very clean and the grounds and pool were kept very well but the best was the location. it's in center of the Provo , very convenient for anything you can do there. Great restaurants walking distance, shopping, local store, we never took any transportation. Beach is amazing and only 4 minutes walking distance from Grace Bay. They gave us their vouchers for breakfast which you can use in local restaurants. Thank you to Bogusia and Frank for your warm hospitality. Thank you to Kanthal, wonderful front desk person , for your warm smile every morning and putting up with my husband during our stay, we like you so much. This place is located in the center of the action. Breakfast is included with a voucher of 10 $ and a coffee, and was plenty of food. Sometimes we paid $5 more for an update. 5’walk distance of the beach, entrance is right besides the Renaissance hotel, you can’t miss it. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas, also fresh towels. Airport is 15 or 20’ away and will cost you around $25 for 2 people. All rooms are renovated, bed was really comfortable, coffee machine and refrigerator in room as well, no microwave, but you will find one next to the hotel office. Pool is nice, with outdoor shower. Beautiful lounge chairs by the pool and outside the rooms. This hotel is really quiet, even tho the employees are outside setting out the chairs or cleaning the pool, we never heard them!! The let us check out late, which was very convenient!

Affordable, clean with nice decor, and newly renovated. We stayed for a week in February 2020. The rooms are large, with nice balconies overlooking the pool. It is a short walk to Grace Bay beach where there are lounge chairs for hotel guests to use. We were given $10 -12 breakfast vouchers per person to use at one of two nearby restaurants every day. The food was great and we didnt mind that we went over the voucher amount by a few dollars. We rented a car but there are many good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel so a car is not a necessity. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel

I only got to stay here for 2 nights on a business trip, but loved that it was a very short walk from the beach and that it was very affordable compared to neighboring places. My room was clean, and the place was quiet at night. But what made my stay wonderful was a member of their staff named Kanthal. She made it possible for me to get checked in earlier than normal and also gave me a late checkout so i could finish some work before my flight. She booked a taxi for me and helped me get to the airport on time and helped give me directions around town. She was sweet and helpful and even told me about some local foods and a little about their culture on the island. If you ever get a chance to stay here be sure to ask her for her Okra recipe...she says it doesn't come out slimy at all!!!

I think this place is all about expectation. I expected a hotel with hotel amenities , service , and good accommodations . What we got was a very basic no frills dark and dingy room in a cheap motel that we paid over $500 a night for . The bathroom shower barely had any pressure , the screen doors wouldn’t open and close without a fight , the pool is tiny , and the room was tiny with two beds. They claim to have breakfast vouchers for free breakfast when in reality they give you a $10 voucher per person to a local restaurant . If you know grace bay, you know ten dollars will Barely get you a coffee . The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and local restaurants which is great , but the “hotel” itself was the worst part of our trip. On top of all of that, there was no customer service . I had booked a room for myself , my husband and 3 kids and they kept insisting I booked just for 2, wouldn’t even try and accept the possibility that a mistake happened and kept trying to put the blame on me . They upgraded my sister and her family to a 2 bedroom suite and we had a tiny little room. To make matters worse , they would not give us breakfast vouchers for the whole family, just for the two adults . I really don’t care about the vouchers but a small gesture to ensure we are not unsatisfied is a basic tenant of customer service . Bottom line : do not recommend .

I am sorry you where not happy with your stay. Our rooms are exactly as advertised on our websites. When you book a queen studio that is exactly what you get. You are correct that we are not a 5 Star Hotel. We do however offer many amenities for our guests. Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and a wonderful location. At Christmas prices are indeed significantly higher and double our normal rate so I do apologize for that. At the same token all other hotel rates are double as well. The rest of the year you will find us to be a wonderful value in Grace Bay. With regards to the reservation all guests beyond 2 are charged additionally in all rooms. When a reservation is made incorrectly we do not offer additional breakfast vouchers as they were not paid for. Some people do attempt to game the system by not correctly listing all occupants on a reservation for a lower price. However in the interest of customer service we did not charge for additional guests which technically we should have. To be clear the hotel does not offer any 2 bedrooms suites. We only have one bedroom suites. The reservation system has never had an error at any point with regards to guest occupancy. In addition the breakfast vouchers enable guests to choose from 3 local restaurants. Depending on the location picked some offer up to a 15 dollar value included. While It will not cover all options it will allow for an included breakfast at all 3 of the locations. Safe travels.

This hotel has been my favorite for a number of years now, mostly because of its position close to most of my favorite restaurants in the Grace Bay Area. In the past years I used to drag my husband here, the reality being that the hotel looked quite shabby, although clean overall. This time around we both had a great surprise: completely refurbished, in good taste, facade painted, lights replaced with modern , bright bulbs. The breakfast options included in the room price were great too. It is clear the new ownership has put a lot of effort, money, and love into doing this. We wish them luck, hoping that more and more customers will spread the word and bring in more visitors. We even counted the steps to the beach: 750, if interested in that!!! That is to say not far away, and quite a pleasant walk. Completely worth the money, we’re definitely coming back.

We just checked in 2 days ago and all I can say is that I'm impressed. Check in was fast and efficient. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room is VERY clean and the mattress is comfortable. Grace Bay Suites is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants and it's just a short (3-5 minutes) walk to the beach. This place is the best value in Grace Bay!

I think they have them along with beach towels but I’d steer you away from Grace Bay Suites. To get to the beach you walk through the parking lot of a restaurant, across the street and down a way you walk through a public access path that’s filthy with locals ogling tourists on the beach I would never recommend this place and NEVER go back
Beach chairs and umbrellas are right on the beach with a sign saying for Grace Bay Suites customers only. Let the office know that you want to use and they will have a waiver signed. It’s that easy
