Grace Bay Club's serene and chic atmosphere is a hit with guests, who also rave about the resort's stunning pools and beautiful beaches. The prime location, close to local attractions, earns high marks, as does the exceptional service that creates memorable experiences.
Rooms are spacious and immaculate, although occasional maintenance issues are noted. While the amenities receive applause, some travelers view the hotel as pricey and question the value for the cost.

Detailed Reviews
Close to the airport. The resort in my opinion is spotless. The rooms are a little worn, but clean. We stayed in the Jr. Villa E203, ocean front with a balcony. Upon entering the room there were two umbrellas, a foyer with a small table which had snacks, two water bottles and a beach bag, the water bottles and bag were for us to take home. There was a coffee and tea shelf above the refrigerator and it was stocked with water. They thought we were celebrating something so we also had a bottle of wine. Breakfast was very good and the complimentary afternoon tea was ok. The towel area by the grill also offered water, sunscreen, antibacterial gel and aloe. Sonny at the grill was the best. The entire staff was exceptional. A short walk will take you to some shops for groceries and alcohol and souvenirs. The infinity bar/restaurant was also very good. Lunch at the taco pop up was excellent. Cost- drinks about $18, two tacos, 21 or 27, dinner around $100 w/o alcohol. All things considered it was a great escape and would love to go back.

There is literally nothing to complain about here. Everything was great. Grace Bay Club is divided into 3 sections: the hotel is in the middle with the villas on one side and the Estates (residences with their own pool) on the other. Between the hotel and the beach is the adults only pool. The pool is not super large, but there was rarely anyone in it. There’s also a nice hot tub and great showers for washing off the sand if you visit the beach. There’s another pool over by the villas that includes a swim up bar. We never visited there, but from what I could see it didn’t seem crowded either. We had a Grace Bay suite in the hotel which was so large (1700 square feet) that we joked that we lost each other in it. It had a huge living room, big balcony with ocean view and spacious bath with large tiled shower and separate soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable. Oh - one thing I thought of to complain about - too many throw pillows on the bed. Unpacking them at the end of the evening was a chore. Lol really just kidding, this just shows you how perfect our stay was. The kitchenette has more than we needed including 2 coffee makers (drip and Nespresso), small cooktop, good selection of glasses including espresso cups, good sized wine glasses and champagne flutes. American breakfast was included in our rate. I’m not a big breakfast person, but it’s my husband’s favorite meal, so it’s saying a lot to report that he loved the large buffet especially the sausage, bacon and potatoes. You can also order omelettes or eggs Benedict from the kitchen. The beach area is huge and the pool / beach attendants were attentive. There is a team of concierges who you can reach almost any time via a special cell phone they give you at check in. A shout out to Michael and Berg for their courteous and friendly assistance. There’s twice a day housekeeping and the lady doing our room was so sweet that I actually looked forward to seeing her. The rate was not cheap but this is definitely up there in our top 5 hotels ever visited.

From the minute we arrived our expectations were exceeded, and it just continued all week. The staff was perfect and always interested in our joy! Our room was oh so comfortable and perfect. But get real, who wants to stay in the room when you are here! The beach sand is perfectly white and soft as flour and never gets hot... magical. The Water is turquoise green or topaz blue, perfect temp and stunning views. The friendly and attentive beach staff will get you your drinks and meals, along with assist you in enjoying the watersports and toys there to use. "Just tacos" on the beach, has great tacos and drinks, try the Lamb Tacos!! Breakfast comes with the room and is open till 10:30am, you will get to know all the folks as you eat here each morning! Walk the beach, walk to town and shop, hit the spa, golf around the corner or just relax and enjoy the perfect setting right there at the resort! It's heaven!!!

My family and I spent our Spring Break Holiday in Turks @ the Grace Bay Club. We have been all over the Caribbean (St. Bart's, Barbados, Nevis, St. Lucia, Antigua to name a few) and truly enjoy coming back to T&C from a couple of years spent on other islands. The weather was excellent all week except for one day of off again on again rain and high winds however at that point we needed an excuse to take a day off from the beach.
The room at the resort was well maintained with multiple excellent views of the crystal blue waters. The food at the resort was fantastic from "Just Taco" Bar to the main Infinity restaurant. You are literally walking distance to the best restaurants on the island. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed were Caicos Cafe, Coco Bistro, Seven and Coyaba (Try the apple pie). Note that April 1 the island stops serving Lobster. The staff at GBC was very friendly especially our team on the beach Cordell and Space.
Cordell and his team were always attentive and willing to go the extra mile for our family. They made the trip that much more special. As for activities we played Tennis on the courts several times throughout the week and also used the hobie cat on the beach. One day we went to Sapadillo Bay to go Jet Skiing as they do not offer Jet Skiing in Grace Bay. If you like to play Golf, I highly recommend the Golf course, the course was well maintained and virtually no wait times. My son and I played a full 18 in about 3 hours as far as island courses go the price was reasonable as well.

We did a lot of research on hotels on the island. We usually like to stay at Marriott/Starwood properties since I am an elite member, but there aren't many "chain" hotels on the island. We could not have been happier with our choice. The location is fantastic right along a main stretch of the beach making morning walks up and down the beach very easy. The property itself is like a boutique. Service was excellent across the board. It also attracted a high quality group of other guests so we met a lot of nice people. We will be back!

This was our first visit to Turks & Caicos and the experience was extraordinary. The island is beautiful and the water is warm. We stayed in the luxurious private residences with our own pool and were steps to the sand. Even though the villa was not located at the resort, we had the same attention that you would at a 5 star property. The housekeeping staff was discreet and thorough visiting the house twice daily. The pool and beach staff also took excellent care of us setting up beach chairs and providing towels daily. The pre-arrival concierge service that I received from Renante allowed for most of the details of our stay to be covered before leaving home (excursions, dining reservations, floral arrangements and grocery shopping). The best part of the entire stay was the service we received from Renald who was our onsite concierge. There was no need to worry about anything, because he had us covered from the moment we stepped out of the airport. Thank you for the wonderful trip.

My husband and I were looking for a luxury resort in a prime location that would complement our St. Regis stay in Miami. To say GBC was underwhelming is an understatement. While the location is top notch, the rest is mediocre at best.
We stayed in the Hotel portion of the resort, since it was just the two of us. Our room (consisting of a separate living room and bedroom) was enormous with two spacious balconies. The view was nice too. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room and providing turn down service at night. Hotel staff were very pleasant. The adult pool was top notch, although I can imagine not having enough chairs during busy weeks. Shower had a good pressure, there was a ton of closet space and the room was very clean.
The room and grounds felt very dated and tired. The grounds were also a bit shoddy, with many spots with dead our no grass. Half the towels at the pooling area were yellowing (maybe from use?). The pool/beach attendants sometimes forgot our order, so the items ordered never arrived. Breakfast, while free, left something to be desired. Omelettes very overcooked, selection was meager, bagels were stale and fruit didn't look ripe. The reception area was underwhelming and at night there was a noticeable sewage smell.
All in all, it was not close to what I envisioned
when looking for a luxury/upscale resort. Seven
Stars looked more upscale (at least from the
outside).

Our stay at Grace Bay Club was exceptional. Our group consisted of 3 couples (6 people). We were greeted immediately upon our arrival by the wonderful staff with a traditional “Rum Punch” that put everyone in the mood for vacation. We were then escorted to our suite in the Estates section of the resort. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. The suite had 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The main living area was huge and opened onto a massive balcony running the entire width of the suite overlooking the pool/bar exclusive to Estates guests. The kitchen had top end appliances (Wolf range, Sub-zero fridge, etc). There was both an indoor and outdoor dining room. Three bedrooms had king beds and there was one bedroom with 2 double beds. Suite would easily work well for a family with kids bringing the in-laws. Just beyond the pool/bar is the private beach access overlooking arguably the most beautiful beach on Earth. The white sand is unbelievably soft and clear of debris. The water is an amazing shade of blue that is difficult to describe with words. Breakfast each morning was included with our stay and well worth the brief walk over to the grill. There is a huge buffet spread along with made to order omelets, eggs Benedict, etc. We utilized the spa (massages, facials) which was incredible. There is also a steam sauna available to use before and after any spa treatments. Our personal concierge (Franklyn) made sure that all of our needs were met throughout our stay from keeping the fridge stocked with waters to arranging excursions on the island (sunset cruise, golf, etc). There is a very nice boutique (Coco) on the property just across from the spa that has some great beach and resort wear as well as some souvenirs specific to the Grace Bay Club resort. The resort has a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance (Coyaba, Coco Bistro, Lupo) as well as the onsite restaurant (Infinite) that has an exceptional wine list. There are also some great lounges and places to listen to music nearby. Grace Bay Club is one of the most amazing beach experiences you can have. Everything on the island is quite pricey due to import taxes and the 12% government tax surcharge on all purchases (because the island has no income or property taxes for residents) so budget accordingly. But it is worth every penny. And the official currency of the island is the US dollar so for American visitors there is no need for currency exchange.

If you are looking for an amazing experience , filled with the most amazing vibes , you are on the right path.
First of all, the best thing you can possibly do is come to the Grace Bay Club Hotel.
The beautiful hotel becomes like a home the moment you go inside, the rooms are so spacious, clean, comfortable and it will make you want to stay forever.
It has two tennis courts, right next to is a great Kids Club spot and a well equipped gym that made my vacation feel even more enjoyable.
What makes the experience even more complete is the Staff, they treat you like no one ever did, you feel so welcome you never want to leave again.
The beautiful Natacha that welcomes you in the pool restaurant and always with a welcome kind smile, Jeniese that always looks out for you and to Anthony with his incredible attention towards you, to the Beach Staff, Amado, Mark, Jim,Moses,Yves,Budda,Chris,Manville,Tory,Ken and many more that will make your experience incredible.
Lets not forget if you want to use the paddle board or any other water sports that are included, you will be in safe hands no matter where in the water with Thyroid.
The Grill restaurant staff is beyond professional , always available to any help they can give , and you will be extra lucky if you get served from the incredible friendly Tavares, Doudeline, Gregory and Williams and the food feels like its made with extra love. The food is just incredible and all respects to the amazing Chef.
If you decide to use the Spa for the incredible massages, you cant go wrong with Treigh, you will feel like floating in the clouds , so relaxed and like a completely new person. This will definitely complete the feeling of real vacation.
Last but not least, the incredible people in management like Christie, she will always be there for you and help you with anything you need.
To complete my review, you cant go wrong with the Grace Bay Club hotel no matter if you are with family, friends, solo, couple or business, it will always be the right place for you.
I am so grateful for the unique experience and i will be looking forward to going back.

Stayed at Grace Bay Club on a girls trip to celebrate a milestone birthday during a late September weekend. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed the staff at Grace Bay Club went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Our personal concierges Austin and Fitzroy were a txt away to respond to any requests or needs and helped arrange transportation, dinner reservations and overall made sure we were content and happy. We stayed in one of the 3 bedroom units in the villa section which was huge, spotless and had incredible views and ample room for all of our party to spread out. Location on Grace bay can’t be beat the beach and beachside drink, towel, chair service also so convenient. The spa was closed for renovations during our stay but we were still able to have massages in our suite and the therapists were fantastic. Overall it was a wonderful visit and we’re already counting the days until we can return. While Sept can be risky with the weather patterns (and we were very lucky to visit between 2 storms) it’s actually an amazing time to visit if you want some R&R peace and quiet. The hotel was not at capacity and the beaches were quiet and since we all left the kids at home it was nice that there were practically no children at the resort during this period.
