The Regent Grand, often celebrated for its spacious and immaculate rooms boasting breathtaking views, has guests frequently lauding its cleanliness and serene beachfront location. Despite occasional reports of room readiness delays and noise disturbances, the hotel's friendly service and well-appointed amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, are popular among travelers.

The Regent Grand is an absolutely fantastic hotel and the perfect choice for visiting Providenciales. You couldn't pick a more excellent location for a property. It's located right on Grace Bay with a beautiful beachfront and amazing sunset views. While it has parking, it's also located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants you could want, including a smaller but well-stocked grocery store (which includes a variety of gluten free items, for my fellow Celiacs!)
We stayed in a one-bedroom oceanview unit and it was very large and well appointed. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and included a complementary selection of tea and coffee. The bathrooms had good water temperature and pressure in the shower and ample lighting and counter space. The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on (I should have checked what mattress brand it was, because it was awesome). The ocean-facing balcony was the showstopper however, with an amazing view and both comfortable chairs for relaxing and a large dining table to enjoy meals outside. Everything was spotlessly clean and it included daily housekeeping.
As for the service, everyone was very welcoming and helpful and made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We were always greeted with a friendly hello and there were staff on hand to answer any questions we had and provide us with bottles of water at the beach. Breakfast was included with our room and while the dining was not on site, it was about a 30 second walk off property at a delightful French cafe called Julien's. The service there was second-to-none and the delicious food was prepared fresh for each order, which beats a standard continental buffet any day. They had limited gluten free options, but they understood the importance of dietary concerns and were able to provide safe food for me.
The overall ambience on the property was very quiet and relaxing which was perfect for our getaway. There were always ample towels and loungers available at both the pool and beach and the well-tended grounds provided a beautiful tropical atmosphere.
I would absolutely return to the Regent Grand and highly recommend it to everyone looking for a serene, upscale beach getaway.

At Bianca sands we were close to everything. We had a lot of restaurant and shopping options walking distance. The beautiful and clean beach was right outside of the hotel. Chairs and umbrellas were always available and ready to be used. The staff were very attentive to offering water or good service at the beach. The reception desk were always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. They offer and arrange any tour you may be interested in. We had a great time and will definitely will be back.

We reserved an ocean front 2 bedroom condo for a 3 night stay. The condo was very clean and stocked well with dishes/cookware/towels. The view was wonderful and their beach is gorgeous. So relaxing to sit on the balcony or walk down the beach. Pool was clean and hardly anyone there. A very quiet place. When we were there the bar was not open and we did not see any staff to order drinks or food from. There is a cooler on the way to the beach though to pick up some waters. Overall the place is nice... they are building the ginormous ritz next door which is going to be an AMAZING property. Some complain of the construction but I did not notice it until walking directly in front or near it. Could not hear any in our condo but that may be because we were ocean front and not on the side of the ritz. The location is excellent as you can walk all around the town and head to a nearby bar or restaurant easily. I would recommend staying here.

A lot to say about this property so buckle up:
1. Only trust recent reviews as a lot has changed at this property
2. Property is mixed condo/timeshare and hotel and it seems hotels role has diminished over time
3. Minimal to no amenities. Front desk was moved to a store front, housekeeping once per stay, gym needs to be reserved and lacks ac, tennis court needs to be reserved, no water on beach, no towel change etc.
4. Hotel is very quiet which we loved (benefit of condo setup)
5. Pool is beautiful
6. Help is sweet with the exception of Matthew who just comes off aggravated at all times (not sure if he is part of the hotel staff or a property manager who is beefing with the hotel staff but we did not like him at all)
7. Beautiful beach
8. No COVID tests on property compared to neighboring properties like Seven Stars or Grace bay (you can get tests a few blocks away, but they are pricier than the rates at neighboring hotels)
9. Fairly pricey in general all things considered
10. Well furnished apt. Stocked kitchen. Dish washer, washer dryer, Spacious
11. No noise from construction of st Regis next door as mentioned in earlier reviews, but there is tons of styrofoam blowing all over the property, in the pool from the work
12. Upon checking in, we were disappointed with our room and hotel refused to let us check out (this felt rude)
13. Which room you get matters. Pool view and lower floor ocean views are clearly inferior to upper floor ocean views. Make sure to find out which room you are getting before you book (this apples to the entire island)
TLDR This is a very serene property that is perfect for someone looking to relax at a laidback facility. Don’t expect amenities, but the expect an empty feel and relaxed experience

We just returned from 9 days at the Regent Grand. We have always wanted to go to Turks and this was a last-minute trip which I booked with Lorraine at the front desk. Lorraine is amazing, she is so courteous and provides top-notch customer service to her guests. She called to check in on me a couple of times when I was there and provided breakfast coupons to a great little French place around the corner, which was delicious & arranged our transportation to & from the airport. Lorraine became a valued resource for my future trips to Turks as I wouldn’t hesitate to call her to book in future.
We had a pool view room, which was very spacious and private with a huge balcony. The pool was mostly empty because most go to the beach. The beach is quiet and very relaxing with serene views. Jacklyn the beach attendant was phenomenal, he took care of us with water and was so attentive each day. He was on it if people walking on the beach sat on the hotel chairs he quickly moved them along politely and even stopped a kid from getting in the water when his mom stepped away so he was always looking out for the guests. Housekeeping was very good. We had a freshly changed bed each day with lots of towels and bathroom essentials, and the kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed with everything you need.
Some don’t like that it’s not a full service hotel, We loved that there was no hustle and bustle, it was quiet and there’s such great restaurants within walking distance of it. We love The Farm restaurant next-door and the Ritz has lots of options. We walked to restaurants all within a 20 minute walk. Thank you, Lorraine and crew, we can’t wait to return ❤️

What a wonderful review. We are honored that you selected The Regent Grand for your first visit to Turks & Caicos. We look forward to sharing your review with all of the staff, especially those you were kind enough to remember and mention by name. Please note that The Regent Grand is a full-service resort, we just do not have a full restaurant here on site, but as you mentioned, there are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We hope this will be the first trip of many.

The Regent Grand was a luxurious resort in the perfect location. Grace Bay Beach was spectacular with its powdery white sand and crystal clear light blue water. We were able to enjoy such amazing views right from our oceanfront balcony. The hotel was also within a short walk of cute cafes and shops which meant having a rental car was not really necessary. The pool was never crowded and laid out in a way that made swimming laps very easy. Everything about our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend The Regent Grand to a friend.

Just finished a 10 day stay in beautiful oceanfront condoms with awesome Grace Bay views. We walked on the beach to several neighboring resorts for lunch and drinks...so convenient to grat restaurants and grocery store that we didn't need a car except to travel to and from airport. Absolutely beautiful pool and landscaping in the courtyard that was sheltered from the wind. No onsite restaurant but staff brought us lunch on the beach from Le Bouchon several days. Great place to stay with a laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Regent Grand. We had room 201, corner unit with 3 BR & 3BA. It was gorgeous, comfortable, and well appointed. We had an ocean front balcony. The only “con” I could give is that the palms blocked a lot of the ocean view (being on the 2nd floor), but the grounds were excellent and stunning. We travelled with our family of 3 teens & 2 adults.
Every interaction was fantastic. Edner, Randall, & John made our beach and pool time great. Nervanie & Linda were outstanding at the front desk. Even the security guard was welcoming with a big smile.
We used the tennis courts (brought our own rackets, but they offer them if you don’t) a few times and it was in perfect condition. The gym was the nicest we’ve experienced in Turks with free weights, mirrors, treads, & other machine weights.
There is a small bar on property that we visited once. It’s a very short walk to all of the restaurants in stores. You can’t beat the location and it feels incredibly safe. This was our 9th time to Turks and Caicos. This property is absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained.
We would absolutely stay here again.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This was my families second stay here in a two bedroom condo. We were placed on the second floor in an even nicer condo that when we stayed the year before. Plenty spacious and beautiful view. Check in was easy but still odd since it is off site across the road. The place is as beautiful as always and kept up very well. Housekeeping is excellent and staff would bring waters and towels to you on the beach. The pool is my favorite as it is so pretty and big. There is a hookah bar/club next door that was not there the first time we visited. I did notice the music from this location is extremely loud and annoying and Plays into the night probably til around 12-1am. Not ideal for someone looking to relax and have some quiet. Overall I would come back, the location is amazing you can walk to just about anywhere in town.

Location is beautiful, and very nice beach bordering on gorgeous waters, but….all 4 nights that we stayed at this property we were kept awake by music from adjacent properties that didn’t end until 3AM! We are consistently low-maintenance, undemanding hotel guests, however this is unacceptable. Despite repeated, polite conversations with hotel staff, and vague promises to first, change rooms and then, when that didn’t happen, provide a credit, nothing was done. The hotel manager was nowhere to be found and has been unresponsive since. At this point I can only believe that the hotel staff is at best, insincere and uninterested in making guests comfortable, and at worst, dishonest and disrespectful. Certainly don’t believe anything they tell you at the front desk. We will not stay here again.

Unfortunately we do not have a shuttle service. The taxi fare to and from the airport is $14 per adult and 1/2 price per child.
Hello, all units are individually owned, so decor will differ per unit. Ritz Construction is still ongoing. I just was there Dec 5-19 & it did not bother me noise wise. Enjoy your stay.
Thank you for your recent enquiry. The bedding configuration of the 3 Bedroom Oceanfront has a King in the master, the second bedroom has a queen and the third has twin beds. The twin beds can be converted to a queen. The resort does not have a bar or restaurant on site, however you still offer food and drinks service at the pool & beach side.
