Point Grace hotel enjoys commendations for its updated oceanfront rooms and modern décor that create an inviting atmosphere, albeit occasional noise disturbances are noted. The staff's attentiveness, particularly beach attendants and housekeepers, garners praise, despite some reports of slow service.
Guests appreciate the tranquil beachfront setting and comfortable rooms, yet desire improvements in amenities like the addition of a hot tub and adjustments to the pool's depth transition. While the cleanliness receives high marks, the hotel's value is questioned by many who feel the cost outweighs the benefits provided.

There are so many choices when it comes to ocean front on Grace Bay TCI. A $28 taxi ride gets you to the resort from the airport in around 15 minutes. As soon as you pull into the palm lined drive you’ll get a glimpse of the turquoise waters that await. We were pleasantly greeted and given a brief tour of the property along with a welcome rum punch and a Turks Head lager. Our room was a spectacular one bedroom facing the ocean. You’ll hear the waves lapping the shore with a rhythm that’s sure to get you slowed down to island time soon. The balcony was our favorite amenity, though two separate bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen was nice. Plush comfortable beds and so quiet in the room it felt like we were the only ones here. The pool area is a lush garden shaded with palms and a walk up bar serves any beverage you desire. The beach is just as everyone describes...white sands, blue water, excellent staff enticing you with fresh fruit skewers or sorbets. You can order from the Grace Cottage restaurant at the beach or pool, but expect close to an hour before you get your order. Drinks flow slightly quicker but be prepared to pay handsomely for both. You’re within short walking distance to Hemingway’s (try the curried shrimp and the breakfast was cheaper than any meal we had on the island). Sibonne was decent for the food and the quaint ocean front dining room. A longer walk will get you down to Grace Bay resort if you feel like dancing to DJ music on the beach. Overall this was a beautiful place to stay and recommended if you’re looking for a quiet resort!

We absolutely loved our time at Point Grace. This is a beautiful, quiet resort and the beach is stunning! We loved that this is a small resort - only 28 rooms. We felt like every staff knew us by the end of our stay. Mary Higgins, the concierge, was wonderful and booked all of our dinner reservations and off property excursions and our return COVID tests. Compared to other properties we walked past we loved how the Point Grace beach is less crowded than the bigger hotels. Breakfast is included and we had a mix of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs/waffles/bacon etc and every meal was great. Larry, one of the waiters is fabulous. He was very courteous and professional and always made sure we were happy at breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and appear to be newly renovated because they looked different than the original pictures (bright greens and whites) are spacious and include a full kitchen, living room, and even washer and dryer with wash products included. I highly recommend this place.

From the private, sugar-send beach to the hospitality as warm as the Caribbean sun, my stay at Point Grace was exquisite.
When we walked into our room, I was greeted with pink balloons and chocolate-covered strawberries with "Happy Birthday" written in chocolate, as well as a box of delicious cookies - all made possible by the amazing Mary.
Each day when we went to the beach, we were greeted by Sam, Mike and Windy, who served us our chilly beverages under our tent that was furnished with comfy recliners and big towels. My husband fractured his foot so he chilled while I took advantage of the free water sports. The first day I snorkeled, during which I saw a rainbow selection of fishies. The next day I sea kayaked. The last day, my husband rallied and Windy took us on a Hobie Cat and regaled us with stories about the magical island as we sailed along on the insanely blue waves.
The food at Grace Cottage was beyond exceptional! The Provencal lamb was outta sight and don't get me started on the desserts! However, even more spectacular was the service by Nordia, Debra and Merlin. Each took special care of us and made sure we never wanted for anything. Another asset: the dining was al fresco and you were surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
One of the best things about Point Grace was the colonial architecture. Plus, there weren't any resorts on either side, so you really felt tucked away and secluded.
Our stay at Point Grace was more spectacular than I ever dreamed it would be.

This April, my family stayed at grace bay club for two nights and then at the wymara and parrot cay. At all three we had good experiences.
I came back with my family to the point grace “five star” resort but the lack of service and awful attitude made it a very unpleasant stay. I honestly believe this hotel is at most a 4 star hotel .
Starting with our first day we were greeted and welcomed ( not the warmest welcome )then taken for drinks at the poolside bar. The bartender there was incredibly rude even to the hotel staff and we ended up waiting over thirty minutes for welcome drinks. Due to the bartender’s unwelcoming attitude, we didn’t eat lunch at the hotel and took a taxi elsewhere everyday for lunch to avoid the faces and attitude.
When we stayed at the point grace in april the same bartender had a very bad attitude and i thought maybe she was having a bad day.
Further, the hotel have us the wrong room-different than what we had booked-and instead of fixing the mistake they told me that I was incorrect.
For breakfast every morning we waited again at least thirty minutes to order. The food took too long to come out and we couldn’t stay to eat and enjoy a cup of coffee before moving on with our day. And this was our experience all three mornings.
I felt that the hotel was understaffed with how slowly things moved. We ordered a taxi with the hotel front desk service and they forgot completely. The front desk claims to have poolside service but not once were we offered drinks, water, or towels by the beach. The kids were very well acquainted with the towel service area by the end of our stay. Furthermore, when we requested shampoo and bath towels we were greeted with eye rolls.
We had one cottage room for my husband and I and a two bedroom for the family .
Two mornings my husband and I ordered milk to the room . We ended up going to the restaurant to pick it up the second day
My husband took the hobicat boat for a quick sail but waited an unreasonable amount of time. When it came time to take sail an error was made and a pin was left in the boat making it unsafe to sail. When we returned from the sail the hobie cat sat on the beach for more then am hour as we were making sure it did not float away.
Turks and Caicos has an amazing beach and wonderful people. The nature and food make it an excellent destination but not here at the point grace where we felt extremely unwelcome and unnecessarily stressed.
With all of the amazing hotels and resorts I’ve stayed in these past few years, this most definitely did not meet the standards of a five star resort.
The restaurant on property graces cottage is very good with a beautiful garden and excellent staff and management

Our 2 bedroom "Luxury Suite" facing the ocean left A LOT to be desired especially at $1,400 per night. Torn & disheveled curtains, wonky lamps, torn & shredded lamp shades, moldy windows. Miss Mary at the front desk was wonderful, we were moved 4 days later to a newly remodeled unit #E204 which was lovely & well appointed. When booking we did not see any images of the exact room & had no control over the selection. We also learned that Point Grace only OWNS the cottages, the 2 beach front buildings are individually owned condos, this information NEVER shared with us, nor is it present on the website. To rent this unit at top dollar in this condition is frankly, disrespectful to renters. Unit #E301 and any others like it need to be pulled from the leasing/ rental market until it is renovated. Also, the couple that took over #E301 after we left said they lost their air conditioning and water the same evening that we vacated and moved to unit #E204. So clearly the unit and all of its infrastructure are OLD and in dire need of repair.
The staff was lovely, especially at the pool Bar - we love you Cosmey you were the highlight of our trip! The food was good, but slow with limited menu items.
The location is spectacular as it is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants and all 5-10 minute cab rides to other restaurants.
The beach, and the beach staff did not disappoint! The 3 gentleman led by Windy were just wonderful, kind, thoughtful and accommodating.
Not worth the $

This was a retirement vacation for our family so we were looking for the ideal spot to celebrate. Our goal was to find a quiet spot on a beautiful beach with enough ocean-front space for 5 of us with all the amenities of home. Not only did we find the perfect spot, but it greatly exceeded our expectations. The servers learned our names and welcomed us at breakfast each AM, the pool/beach staff had us set up with umbrella/chairs by mid-AM arrival and our 3 bedroom/4 bath unit was all we hoped for.
The new fitness center also served our needs and with only 28 rooms, was never crowded. Also close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants & grocery store. We walked the length of Grace Bay beach and confirmed Point Grace is unmatched. Only downside is Grace’s Cottage price range seemed high.

I am giving a 3 star review with hope that the resort management may take notice.
The resort is pretty, and the beach is in the best location on Grace Bay. The beach and pool areas are quiet, with minimal family activity, and the food at both onsite restaurants is very good (although breakfast needs work). There is a kayak and at least one SUP available, and one hobie cat with another that seemed to be in disrepair. Bottled water is provided whenever needed. A spa is onsite, but seemed dated. The “small boutique upscale beach resort with all amenities” concept is here in full display.
But, among other issues...
Why are 3 of the 13 beach umbrellas broken?
Why was the shower head in my room covered in green mold?
Why was coffee creamer served in a dirty container with crusted milk on the inside?
Why was one of the two beachside showers broken and unusable?
Why does most of the staff seem sullen and indifferent?
Why was the gentleman cleaning the pool and the young man serving breakfast also setting up beach chairs?
Why is there rotten wood trim at the entrance to my room?
Why was the room floor so dirty on arrival that it had to be wiped with a wet towel?
Why is the reception area so dark and uninviting?
Perhaps petty, but who’s idea was it to serve baked beans as a breakfast item?
Why was an older dog going table to table at breakfast?
The resort has so much potential, but just lacks life or energy, with areas in need of maintenance or upgrade.
I enjoyed my stay, and will consider returning because of all the upside at the property. But, I’m sorry, the items mentioned here will not be found at Wymara or Seven Stars, etc. Point Grace will be a premier destination if management can make it shine.

Exquisite boutique resort on a tranquil cove of clear, cerulean water. White-bricked Georgian architecture nestled between lush, verdant palms and pops of yellow jasmine. Our building was canary yellow and included a porch, living room and kitchenette. We went for a milestone birthday so the room was decorated with balloons and on the table sat a bottle of champagne and yummy cookies. On the bed, a towel festooned with bright, scarlet flowers was shaped into a heart.
The resort had 25 rooms, but only six were booked. We felt like we were on our own private island. Each day, we got an ice bucket full of water and could order any food or drink we liked.
Speaking of, the food was pure perfection: taste, presentation, everything. Luckily, one of the island's best restaurants was just a few steps away,
My husband had a foot injury so while he reclined under our umbrella, I saw, snorkled and sea kayaked.
The pool was lovely, too. Forgot to mention that the rooms are privately owned and are rented throughout the year.
We dined every morning on a gorgeous patio and got to know some of the staff. One woman told us all about visiting Prince's mansion. Wild stories!
The trip was a dream, as was everything about Providenciales. We so want to return!

We’ve been to Point Grace several times.
We had a disappointing stay this last time.
Our bathroom in the East building is in dire need of a re-do.
The shower/tub step up is very inconvenient.
The grout at the sink is literally black from dirt, mold.
The grout in the shower is just gross.
The bath towels are like sandpaper.
The breakfast is the same.
There’s a worker who goes around straightening up the utensils putting his hands on top of the serving part of the ladels.
The cold cuts and cheese look like they’ve seen better days.
They changed the lunch menu. It’s quite limited. They increased their prices alot.
For instance, they offer grilled shrimp for $48. They have a chicken kebab for $38.
Lunch was over $100 each day and that’s with a soda and iced tea.
The overall feel is that its getting worn and trying to gauge customers with subpar rooms and crappy food.

Nice hotel located on a quieter part of Grace Bay beach. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from August 17th to August 24th and we had a pleasant experience. We had a pool view cottage suite and it was lovely and quite spacious, complete with a living area and kitchenette and then up a few steps to a bedroom and large bathroom. It was cleaned daily and the bottled water that they replenished daily was a nice touch, not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine, welcome drinks and little tray of cookies when we arrived! Around 6pm every day a cleaning lady would always bring us more fresh towels and bottled water. Very attentive and sweet. The daily complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Maicos (Reception), Chichie (Breakfast Waitress) and Loy (Manager). It was nice chatting with them and hopefully I spelled their names correctly! Access to the beach is very convenient and the stretch of beach at this hotel is stunning! We walked for miles both ways and the turquoise ocean colours you see in Grace Bay are breathtaking! We never had any issues getting sun loungers, an umbrella and towels, it was like having your own private beach every day! The ice bucket and bottles of cold water every day at the beach were also very much appreciated, not to mention the yummy mini cups of ice cream that were distributed on the beach daily. The ocean water was always so clear, wavy and refreshing and we could just sit in there for hours! The pool was nice too but the water in the pool was always quite warm and not always clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and other hotels. We never had to take a taxi anywhere other than the day that we went on an excursion. We never tried the food at Grace's Cottage, which is the restaurant that is located on the hotel's property, as we preferred walking into town and discovering different restaurants. Bella Luna, Castaways and The Terrace on Grace Bay Rd are must tries! There is also a grocery store in walking distance from this hotel (Gateway) but be prepared as the prices are expensive because everything is imported. We went there the first night in TCI to get some snacks to keep in our room. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel but if we ever return to TCI, we will probably try another hotel in the same area that has some nightly entertainment and a little more movement. Although we have no complaints, we found this hotel to be a little too quiet for our tastes, especially at night. Very relaxing though and a pleasant stay and check in and check out were a breeze. Thank you TCI, you are one beautiful island and we hope to be back one day!

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We're delighted that you and your husband enjoyed your stay, especially the comfort of your pool view cottage suite, our attentive housekeeping service, and the little touches like replenished bottled water, welcome drinks, and sweet treats upon arrival. It’s wonderful to hear that our team, including Maicos, Chichie, and Loy, helped make your experience even more memorable, and we will be sure to pass on your kind words to them. We’re so pleased you found our location ideal, with easy access to the stunning Grace Bay Beach, where it sounds like you were able to take full advantage of the serene surroundings. The convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and the grocery store is something we are glad to hear enhanced your stay. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will certainly review all areas to ensure they meet the highest standards. We understand your preference for a bit more nightlife and entertainment, and we are always working to refine the guest experience to suit a variety of tastes. Thank you again for your kind words and helpful feedback. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back and wow you one day!

Yes, in fact they do have staff who ask if they can bring you anything while you are at the beach. We ordered drinks at the beach a couple of times.
Unfortunately, we haven't stayed in the BR suites, so I can add much there.
As for restaurants, we ate one night at Grace's Cottage, and really enjoyed it. As for "off-property", we also really enjoyed Bella Luna. The good thing is there is a strip of places that are easily walkable. I'd say those on the main street were "fine" in terms of food -- but nothing crazy -- sushi was fine, burgers and a sports bar at Danny's Buoy was fine (ie great fun and food as expected for pub food). We heard really good things about Le Bouchon but didn't make it there.
