Detailed Reviews
First we have to say that the reviews about how beautiful the water in Turks and Caicos is were not exagerated. The most beautiful water and beaches we've ever seen, period. Clear and gorgeous with amazing colors and vistas any time of the day or evening. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to call out a couple of special staff who went out of their way to make the week relaxing and memorable. To Sammy for a lovely catamaran sail complete with island history. To Libby for not one but two epic and healing massages. She's amazing. To Lisendi and Jiery for their daily care during lunch and Anderson and Lexie for doing such a great job with dinner. To Jimmy for taking care of us each day on the beach and to Carleton for making our last evening so special with dinner on the beach and an anniversary surprise when we returned to our room. Each of these people take such pride in the location and their care and caring of guests. Thank you.
The property is in a great location, close to the airport and easy bike ride into Grace Bay. They were also scrupulous in their 'COVID' protocols; everyone wore masks religiously, there was hand sanitizer throughout and the hotel property itself was super, super clean. It's very low key with tons of beach. In fact, when walking the water and seeing other properties, it's one of the loveliest. Love the fact that there were only 21 rooms with no numbers, only names and water sports are plentiful. It's also great that beach chairs are reserved via your room's name so no getting up at 6 am to hope to get that perfect beach location. One disappointment is that the property is still coming back from a year of pandemic (it was closed) so things are still not quite up to luxury par. The food was very good but there wasn't a lot of variety.
The Beach House is a destination for those who are looking for an oasis of calm to unwind, soak up the sun and bask in breathtaking Caribbean vistas. Definitely a redo is in our future.

A week in paradise is just what we wanted for Christmas! After a lot of consideration my husband and I booked the Beach House. By far this is the best property of you are looking for a relaxed vibe. Adults only, all inclusive, pristine beach. We had a spacious updated room with a very comfortable bed. Being only steps away from the beach was amazing. The water was mesmerizing. We both swam at least an hour a day. After the beach we looked forward the the champagne hour. Such a luxury. The one down side is that as a vegetarian I found the dinner menu very limited. Service was overall attentive during the day but dinner service was lack luster. We waited an hour and a half for my mashed potatoes and veg one night. I truly believe it’s because the staff is drained by evening. They work hard, a second crew might need to be brought in. Shout out to Angie and Parker. They keep the palace moving! The menus are repetitive and could use some updating from day to day. Going to the sister properties gives you a few more options for different food, but you will deal with shuttles and crowds. Each time we left we couldn’t wait to get back to the serenity of the Beach House. If you are there on a Thursday night be sure to check out the local fish fry at the nearby public beach. Vendors, food and music. Be warned to bring cash, ATMs are limited on the island and not in the hotels. Each taxi trip will cost you at least $24 (one way, also cash only).

My husband booked this place for our honeymoon and we had such a great experience here.
We were welcomed by the front desk and they were extremely polite and check in was really quick.
The room is huge and the balcony has a great view. I would definitely recommend the 2nd floor.
Room service is a little slow but nice to have.
The refrigerator was always stocked up with bottled water and sodas. We were welcomed by chocolate dipped strawberries, champagne and wine. We a really nice thing to see.
Service by the beach was good as well. When the weather isn't good they move the chairs to the pool area.
We were also arranged a private dinner on our balcony and the service was just excellent!!! They took a lot of efforts to decorate the balcony, set up the table, bring up the food. You could see how much care and efforts sent behind every arrangement and this is what makes them unique.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
It would help to have more non-dairy options in the dinner menu. As all soups were cream based.
Cab ride from the airport is $23. However, the return cab driver over charged us an amount of $26.
The weather was good the first two days. Rest of the days were too windy and chilly.
We visited in Feb-Mar.
We used Waverunner to book our jets I ride. I would definitely recommend negotiating the price as they tend to inflate the prices a LOT.
Its nice to be able to visit their sister properties and have food and drinks be included. Gave us more options to try out.
We would definitely go back here and were sad to leave.

Very short ride from airport to the hotel. We chose this hotel since it was small and in our experience, a small hotel is much more our style and able to cater to your needs. The beach is stunning and not crowded (unlike other properties nearly). The hotel is adult only and we love kids, but it was actually kind of nice to have adults only. The comfortable lounges with 2 long lounging coushions and and umbrella in between are reserved for each room, so you never have to worry about a place to sit on the beach. A short walk (5 minutes) bring you to a reef where you can have great snorkeling (hotel has gear you can borrow). At the beach, Jimmy was amazing and was always anticipating our needs and was so sweet and friendly. We kayaked and paddleboarded and sailed (all included in the room price) We stayed a week, so next time would try some other eating options just for variety. We met a lot of other couple at the hotel and that was wonderful, too. We were sad to leave and hope to return next year.

Grace Bay is heaven on earth! What an absolutely beautiful beach to go to every day to swim, walk the bay or whatever water sport works for you. The rooms were spacious. comfortable and always clean. The menus for breakfast and lunch offered many choices and were delicious. Although we didn't take advantage of it, it was also a choice to have breakfast and dinner delivered to your room. Each day chocolate chip cookies were available, and they were so good! You could have lunch delivered to you on the beach or go up to the deck.
Dinner was the most disappointing aspect of our stay. The same limited number of entrees were offered during our ten-day stay, with lobster served two days a week. The lobster was delicious! The appetizers were also extremely limited, and the crab salad was one of the choices every night. Mashed potatoes were the side for every single entree the entire time we were there. This is the only area that was lacking, and if this were to be addressed, it will enhance guests' stays at the Beach House.
All of the staff, from the front desk, cleaning, maintenance and service workers, seemed very pleasant.. Evreyone worked together very nicely to ensure that you enjoyed your stay. Randall and Jimmy were fantastic with the beach service. Jimmy made it his mission each day to make sure that you had the best day possible on Grace Bay, and he rocked it!

If you are looking for an awesome beach, this is the place for you (buyer beware - read on about service). The beach was not crowded and you have your own private chair on the beach. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony of the room is good ( a great place to have breakfast each morning). Another positive thing is the access to the sister resorts (Alexandra and Blue Haven). The unfortunate side of this is the shuttle schedule is inconvenient. Both Alexandra and Blue Haven had far superior customer service than Beach House. Which brings me to my rating and why I will not be returning to Beach House. The customer service was very poor. We stayed a week and there was an issue with every meal so we stopped eating at the Beach House altogether. Drink service was very slow or non-existent. Also, at the end of the stay they tried to charge us for excursions that we didn't go on (or charged us twice). They even tried to charge us for a phone call that was made after we checked out of the room. Management was very combative as we explained these charges were not appropriate. On the plus side.....a shout out to Jimmy and Sammy. Both worked on the beach and were very pleasant and attentive. Jimmy was a brand new hire (he started work half way though our stay) but they need to promote him right away and let him teach the rest of the staff in regards to customer service. Again, awesome beach but the customer service was poor enough to make us not go back (unless they promote Jimmy!!!)

Let me start with the good, and I will say there was some VERY good. The location is incredible. Right on Grace Bay, the views and water are truly spectacular. We were able to get a room with an ocean front view and this was like waking up to a dream. The room itself was beautiful and the cleaning service was right on time, they only cleaned when we were out to a meal! Never interrupted. Also, the refrigerator was stocked and constantly refilled with water, soft drinks, and beer. No request needed, it was just refilled. The bars are stacked and the mixed drinks are excellent, if you like to drink, you’ve won. It can not be overstated how important having your own private beach chairs are, no fighting for the perfect spot, you have your spot, all spots are good, and you can just relax and enjoy.
Now, unfortunately, I do have to talk about some let downs. Let me preface by saying that Dio and Leshonda went above and beyond led to make our stay absolutely spectacular. They were so pleasant and caring, those two are special. There were some other bright spots regarding service, but save the 2 mentioned above it sometimes felt like we were a nuisance as opposed to being a guest. Much of the staff just didn’t seem like they didn’t want to be there, there were more times than I can count that we were not met with a smile. Now... let me preface that this is a luxury all inclusive resort and with that title there is a certain quality of service that someone who is paying a lot of money would expect, we just didn’t feel that on too many occasions.
The food was also a bit of a let down, first off they were out of so many things! Here is a list of things they were out of during our stay, conch salad on 2 separate occasions, lobster on lobster night (dinner goes from 6-10pm and they were out by 7:20pm when we arrived), oyster bar had to be closed down one night because they were of oysters (again, early in the night), and they were even out of cereal one morning!! For the price, this just isn’t acceptable. Simply, seafood should not be lacking on an island. Second, the quality of the food for a luxury resort is just not there. As a glaring example, flank stank was served as the beef option every night. Flank stank is not a luxury cut. Filet, NY strip, is not on the menu. I say this to say if the price we’re cheaper, then this would be justified. But you are paying a pretty penny. Shrimp is not on the menu for crying out loud! Not once during our 4 night stay was shrimp on the menu! It’s an island for crying out loud!
I wanted this to be perfect rating, but I wouldn’t be being honest. Great location, great facilities, besides a few shining stars... unenthusiastic/lackluster service, and for reasons stated above the food is not up to “luxury” standard.

We just got back from a five night stay at Beach House and overall, would certainly return! The resort is extremely relaxing and quiet, which we really enjoyed as a couple. While this resort bills itself as a luxury resort (and has a price tag to match), we felt it fell short in a few areas. However, over all there was much more good than bad, which is how we land at 4 stars.
The good:
The beach is incredible and on a peaceful strip of Grace Bay that did not see many crowds. Having dedicated beach chairs was our favorite touch, as we could come and go all day.
Lunch at the Beach Deck was our favorite meal, it was casual and delicious and everything I want out of a beach bar experience. The staff at the beach were also the friendliest and worked to keep everyone who wanted one with a drink in hand.
Over all, the beach experience is what will bring us back!
We both had massages at the spa on the beach and they were excellent - highly recommend!
The food was very good, especially for an all inclusive resort.
The rooms are spacious and having a HUGE personal deck with a day bed was a big perk we spent a lot of time enjoying. They are clean and the beds are very comfortable!
The ability to dine around to the other resorts was great since there was only one restaurant for lunch and dinner respectively with little menu change day to day. Fire and Ice at blue haven was our favorite!
Areas for improvement:
For a luxury priced resort, the rooms were fairly dated, particularly the bathrooms. Our bathroom had a small hole in the wall by the shower, cracked tiles and grout, poor lighting, and had generally seen better days. We also could not both take reasonable-length showers (about 10 minutes) around the same time without the second person running out of hot water within the first 2-3 minutes. We would have liked to enjoy longer, hot showers on vacation, but it was not possible One of us always ended up taking a cold shower.
While the beach staff was lovely, as were a few others that we encountered in the reception area and that gave us a tour of the property, we often felt that we were treated as if we were annoying them for being there. We were often met with close to silence when asking questions, trying to order smoothies, or when dining. This really takes away from the fun of the experience!
It would be nice to have the shuttle run more frequently, particularly after dinner.
If you go here, I am confident you will have a good time, just be aware of what you should expect!

I have read several of the reviews on here prior to visiting and what many people have said is true on certain issues.
Dining: The food at Beach House is superb! However, limited choice menu gets a bit boring. They change the soup and the dessert each day. Why can't there be a special for each day on the entrees? That would help to vary the menu a bit, but, this is still a first class restaurant
Also ate at Fire & Ice which also was excellent. Ate in Fish place behind the Sushi restaurant and that also had very good food. Ate one nite in Alexandria buffet. That night, food was ok. Nothing as great as the other places. More geared towards family fare.
Staff: The staff in all of these places that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I have to say that we really had VERY enjoyable experiences from each and every one of them. Dio is awesome! He checks up on you constantly to make sure that you are enjoying everything about your stay.
As others have said: Reserving your beach chair every day is HUGE! I have been to other resorts where you have to fight with butlers or load your chair with things to insure you can have it for the day. Getting up early to run to get a chair is a joke when you are paying big bucks for a resort, so, other places should take a lesson from Beach House.
Maid service was superb. They did everything perfectly and were very prompt in getting their work done. I cannot remember the name of our maid, so, if Beach House is reading this, please give a shout out to the maid who handled Deserved during my stay July 4th week.
Someone commented the place needs a bit of a makeover. Yes, some of the things in the room were not perfect. The fan lights did not work. The bath fan did not work. Some bath tiles were chipped or broken. But, I do appreciate that keeping everything in tip top order is difficult and pricey.
Having drink menus everywhere and having so many selections was quite enjoyable. We started with a Shermanator which is one of the signature drinks.
The beach is incredible. Almost like walking on white powder. I had read that this is one of the finest beaches throughout the world. I know Aruba also has world renowned beaches, but, this one was up to it's billing. And the view from the room was spectacular each day.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at the Beach House in Turks and Caicos in June.
It was our first trip in quite some time and much needed and deserved. Outside of the TCI authorization process everything was a breeze. We paid for Fast Track Service at the airport which expedited our arrival to Beach House and was well worth the money paid.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the Beach House staff and taken to our room with a breathtaking oceanfront view. Lakenya and staff did not disappoint. We had a week stay in the Dazzled Room with front and center access on the beach. LaKenya was the absolute BEST butler/host and ensured every need was met. She even surprised us with a beautiful flower display on our bed and a complimentary bottle of wine the evening of our anniversary. We don't drink alcohol but thought the gesture was so nice on her part. She made us feel like we were her only guests though we knew she had others.
The food was fantastic and we dined at Kitchen 218 most days for breakfast and dinner. Wellington, Myriame, Rose and others always made our meal times pleasant and the food was excellent. The menu was repetitive each night with the exception of the soup selection, but overall really good meals for an all-inclusive resort. The beach and weather was fantastic the entire week. All sun and beautiful skies!
On a scale of 1-10 we give our experience an 8. This is a luxury resort, and having more updated rooms and amenities would have provided a more luxurious 5-star feel to match the meals a seend staff.
