We enjoyed every minute of our stay in TCI. The Tuscany is a beautiful resort. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a three bedroom unit. The view was amazing. The room immaculate. The beach breathtaking. From the communication pre-trip with Shaquell and team, to booking excursions for our family, ensuring the unit was stocked upon our arrival, assisting with booking rental vehicle with Grace Bay rentals (their team was amazing and accommodating for our needs), making dinner reservations and just being amazing all the way around (from the warm greeting to the heartfelt send-off). We did not want to leave!!!! The restaurant next door had great foods and drinks, also live entertainment some evenings. We always found somewhere to sit beach side. We loved floating away the days at the beach and pool. Having floats on site was great. We walked the beach and did some snorkeling at the first rock area. Lots of neat fish there. We also snorkeled at the second and third rock area out towards the right. First area was most plentiful. Our half day snorkel with Caicos Island Charters was so great. We snorkeled at reef, visited iguana island (private island with sandbar) we were also greeted by dolphins on our way back, which was such a treat. I highly recommend. We also dined at Lemon 2 Go, Mango Reef, Infiniti, Coco Bistro, Bay Bistro, Omars, Bugaloos and Giggles. One of the highlights for us also was visiting the Potcakes Rescue to see the puppies. Goodness if I could have snuck one in our suitcase to bring home. We loved being tucked away at the Tuscany. You will absolutely LOVE it here!!!! Thank you again to Shaquell, Coretta and Shawna for all your assistance in making this an amazing trip for our family!!!

Hi panamama4, What a lovely and amazing review! We are in awe of all of your kind words especially the ones relating to our staff! Our staff love what they do and it shows in their relationships with our guests! I'll make sure to let Shaquell, Shawna, and Coretta know how appreciative you were of their hospitality! Sounds like you had a great experience, too, in the restaurants that you chose! You learned that these restaurants are not far away from the Tuscany, then you get to come back to the peace and serenity and beauty of our resort! We love Caicos Adventures and glad you had a good experience with them as well! And lastly, we are so glad that you loved your oceanfront condo! Thanks so much for taking time to write up such a thorough review -- and we do hope that we see you and your family soon! Terria

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Tuscany in mid-January. There are so many positives about this resort and so many of them are the result of a great team running the place and all the staff. Everything is spotless. The beach is cleaned every morning and the umbrellas and chairs are in great condition (and plenty of chairs so no need to claim one at the crack of dawn). The grills were clean every time we went to use them - and we saw plenty of other people using them too. All the staff were so pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with a number of them.
The rooms are large, the bed comfortable and the oceanfront screened in patio was great - morning, noon and night. Housekeeping came at the time we requested and that was so appreciated. Plus, everything was always replenished without ever having to ask.
We can't wait to return next year. I can't imagine staying someplace else.

This is our third time visiting the Tuscany. And as in the past we found the resort to be top notch.

Staff is always pleasant and attentive.

Location is fantastic – lovely Grace Bay Beach is 100 foot walk from the condo. The resort maintains the beach area well and provides a large number of lounges and umbrellas. The property faces west so whenever the sky is clear (most days) there is a great sunset. Graceway Groceries and a few restaurants/bars are about 1.2 miles from the resort

The pool is large and well appointed and a nice spot to get away from the sun. Two new 3-burner outdoor grills are in the area between the pool and the condo.

Our unit was in great condition with new and high quality furnishing and appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. The Wi-Fi worked extremely well – never an issue with 6 devices connected.

There is not an onsite bar or restaurant, but Cabana Café, which is 200 feet south on the beach, has a nice selection of drinks and lighter meals in nice ocean front setting.

We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about the hotel. We had been to T&C before and stayed at another very nice hotel, but preferred the Tuscany for its location and apartments. It is more than a standard hotel and mostly has apartment units. We got a super spacious, fully-equipped (with a convenient laundry room) beach-front unit. The view from our huge balcony is gorgeous. The room service was impeccable and done in accordance with our own schedule. We recommend renting a car as the Tuscany is at the end of the beach, but it is still walkable to shops and restaurants. Since cab fare is quite expensive, it is much cheaper and easier to rent a car to explore the island and go to different restaurants. We loved the Tuscany’s location because the beach is beautiful and more quiet, less crowded.

I just would like to thank the entire team at Tuscany for sharing your gorgeous apartment with us in March 2021 and allowing us to create the most beautiful memories with our three sons! We stayed in a three bedroom apartment overlooking Grace Bay which was immaculate, so beautifully decorated and so comfortable and conveniently located just steps away to the most spectacular beach and turquoise water. We loved the housekeeping daily too which made it that much more relaxing for me! We all slept so well and it was a much needed vacation! We all took advantage of the walks on Grace Bay! The sunsets were spectacular every night! We love the proximity to the beach!!Your staff at Tuscany was so fabulous and so welcoming to us all! They were so helpful with all their advice and suggestions! Our boys loved that it also had a gym too and they worked out every day.

We loved trying the parasailing for the first time and we all felt it was just a magical experience to be flying high over this beautiful oasis! When I landed on the boat out popped JoJo the dolphin! It was a dream come true as I used to swim with him 35 years ago when I used to come as a teenager to Club Med. We also tried 2 snorkeling trips and both times we bumped into Jojo again!! I felt so blessed to see him three times! Another day we rented a 47 foot Intrepid from the Big Blue Haven marina! We then got to see JoJos two babies having fun just outside the marina! The last day Shawnamae gave us the name of a company where we took out these motorized catamarans and had the time of our life! We found the biggest red starfish we have ever seen in our lives! They took us to Iguana Island and we had so much fun on a tiki hut boat! They took us snorkeling! They also allowed us to rent jet skis to get out to the shipwreck where our boys could jump off the shipwrecked boat.

Our favorite meals were at Graces Cottage, Magnolias, and Coco Bistro!! We also loved the restaurant just steps away right next door if we were looking for a quick salad or fish taco for lunch.

We had such a magnificent week on Turks and Caicos thanks to your wonderful hospitality and generosity and the opportunity to stay at the Tuscany Resort. The owner of our unit could not have been more friendly and accommodating! Thank you!

It made for the best birthday week for me with my three boys and my husband by my side!! We look forward to returning next year!

For now, we will hold our memories close to our hearts and will have sweet dreams of Grace Bay and Jojo until we return!

Dear Specialk47, I have read and re-read the beautiful TA review of your stay at The Tuscany over March Spring Break, and, on behalf of the staff at The Tuscany, THANK YOU, for such a wonderful, heart-felt review! It is because of reviews like yours that makes our resort what it is -- and gives us the reputation that we have enjoyed for the past thirteen years! We love that you enjoyed your time in one of our oceanfront condos - and that your sons enjoyed their time as well! You and your family did so much while you were on the island, and the best is that you got to see Jo-Jo and then her babies! What a special treat for you and your family! Krista, thank you for choosing The Tuscany and for taking a leap of faith to come to the TCI! We are so excited to welcome back guests -- old and new! And, we are thankful for our new guests because we know they will come back to see us again! We so look forward to seeing you and your family next Spring Break! Terria

We stayed at the Tuscany on Grace Bay for one week in December 2021. It is extremely hard to find anything negative to say about the complex, its location, and its management. There are 40 condos located in two 5 story buildings towards the end of the island; each unit is privately owned. The units are well maintained and each faces the beach and has a large screened in porch. They are beautifully furnished and housekeeping is available daily. The complex does not have a restaurant or bar, but the resort next door has both and is very convenient; food or drink can be ordered and delivered to your beach chair. The real plus for the complex is the service provided by the on site management staff. Every staff member we dealt with was extremely cordial and helpful and leaned over backwards to make our stay outstanding. I guess to only possible negative (and a small one) is that being located towards the end of the island, paying for taxis to go to many of the restaurants can get expensive. If you rent a car, there is ample parking at the complex so that would be a plus especially if there are more than two travellers.
In summary, when we return to the Turks and Caicos, we will again stay at the Tuscany.

Hi Steve07, Thank you for writing up such a nice, well-informed review of your stay at the Tuscany! I agree with you in that it is the staff at the Tuscany that differentiates us from all of the other resorts on the island -- and THANK YOU for recognizing that! Our condos speak for themselves as I am sure that you enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront view from the screened in patio! Our staff go over and beyond because they truly love what they do and that is to make all guests' stays as memorable as possible! Thank you for choosing The Tuscany, and it makes our hearts sing that you will be choosing us again on your next visit to the TCI!

It was a vacation to die for and I almost wish we had. Buried on that exquisitely lovely beach would have been perfect for eternity! Turks and Caicos was on my personal bucket list. The wonderful, picturesque beach at Grace Bay did not disappoint. The ability to walk in paradise for miles and miles was beyond compare. Theondo we rented at The Tuscany was fully furnished, even to the point of binoculars so we could check out the passing party boats. We loved that the location was near the end of the crescent along the bay and not in the middle of the all-inclusive vacationers. The pool on the grounds was a perfect respite from both the hottest sun or strong breezes. The best endoresement is that we would be glad to return. Maybe next time we would stay forever!

It says a lot about this place if I am writing a review before even unpacking! This surpassed all expectations! This place was special even before arriving due to the amazing staff and the services provided. Shaquell was a dream come true recommending perfect restaurants for our sometimes picky group; gathering our grocery order; proposing excursions. Once on property Shawnemae booked our favorite excursions/experiences with Island Vibes and Sky Parasail! Coretta and Terea greeted us with smiles and willingness to help at any turn! They are the heart of The Tuscany!
We LOVED our unit - spacious three bedroom; super comfy beds; a beautiful ocean front terrace to enjoy a cold glass of wine at the end of perfect sunny beach day reading and taking long walks on the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach. We traveled with 4 of our young adult and adult children ages 15 - 23 and all of them raved about this trip! My initial trepidation about no restaurant on property was dispelled the very first day when we realized it was so easy to pop next door and order any of our individual favorites and also yummy frosty beach drinks! New Year’s Eve was just spectacular! Fireworks exploding along the entire arch of the Grace Bay Beach! The Tuscany was the perfect end to 2019 and the perfect beginning to 2020. Three hours after landing, our 15 year old said - “that was my favorite trip, we should go back next year!”

And, we are very appreciative that you took the time to write up a TripAdvisor review (before even unpacking)! Thank you for choosing the Tuscany as your Holiday Resort 2019/2020 and it pleases us to know how much all of the children, too, enjoyed the resort and their family vacation! Don't blame you for being a little nervous about The Tuscany not having an on-site restaurant, but as you experienced, Cabana Cafe, is literally a stone's throw away from the Tuscany -- and they love Tuscany guests! Thanks again for taking the time to write up a TA review -- and I think your 15 year old is right! Hope to see you next year! Terria

My wife and I and our two sons (19 & 17) spend 5 amazing days at the Tuscany. The spacious space was perfect - upscale, modern, clean - with 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bath; TVs in each room; a fully stocked kitchen; laundry and a screened in porch that led right onto the beach. The Tuscany offers a grocery service, which we took advantage of, which allowed us to arrive with a stocked fridge and pantry. We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment, then ventured out for dinner. There are several grills available to guests to use. There is a large pool in the center courtyard of the resort. However, the beaches are so perfect we chose to stay there.

The Tuscany does not have a restaurant but the neighboring resort does, which is only steps away. Good place for food and drinks. They also have staff that will take drink and food orders on the beach.

The beach is amazing! Soft, white sand and crystal clear warm waters. Since The Tuscany and its sister property The Venetian are the easternmost resorts on Grace Bay, the beach is quiet and not crowded. It feels like a private beach. There is a place next door to rent paddle boards, kayaks, catamarans, or set up boat tours.

The staff as the Tuscany was A+ incredible, especially Ms. Shawnamae who oversees day to day operations. They treated us like family and helped with booking activities and making dinner suggestions.

We had an amazing time and will definitely return!

The title says it all: My wife and I (without our three kids :) recently stayed at The Tuscany for 4 days in July 2022 and it truly was everything we hoped it would be.

Beginning from before we arrived, the staff made sure they knew when our flight was coming in and made efforts to help us secure excursions and anything else we’d need to take care of before we arrived. Then, when we did arrive, right when you come enter the private gate—secured by an access code for entry—you’re met by beautifully manicured grounds, including pristine tennis courts (more on that later). When we made our way to reception the staff could not have been more helpful, making sure we had what we needed and that our room was perfect. This was a theme throughout our stay—the staff, and particularly Terria, were wonderful and so helpful throughout our stay (right down to the end, when we accidentally neglected to return one of our room keys, for which they were so accommodating—thank you!).

Now to the room and location—and this is really why you should stay here. We chose The Tuscany as it looked beautiful, close enough to other attractions, but while at the “quiet” end of Grace Bay—and it lived up to our expectations. We were in 303W and it was magnificent. The room was stunning, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with whatever one would need for the kitchen. The screened in balcony overlooking the property’s private beach—and just a few hundred feet away from the ocean—was our favorite place to hang out. Although it was screened in, it was done in a much better way than other properties I’ve stayed at so that our view and experience were not impacted, while keeping out insects etc. As for the beach itself, it was stunning, clean—and again, QUIET! The Tuscany (and its sister property The Venetian) really are at the very end of Grace Bay, and it could not be more pristine and relaxing. There was never a time during our stay that it was too crowded or that we couldn’t get a spot on the property’s complimentary beach chairs/tables/umbrellas. The beach alone—both being on it and the views from the room—make this all worth it. But The Tuscany has other perks too.

The pool was beautiful and never crowded. Additionally, we began every day we were there with some tennis on their beautiful courts (for which they offer complimentary balls and rackets), and borrowed complimentary bikes (although I’d recommend bringing a helmet if that’s important to you, since they only have a few). Another nice perk is that the property is far enough away from most of the traffic to keep it private but still close enough to other places. And, just for basic groceries The Sandcastle convenience store is a 3 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride.

In short: The Tuscany is truly the best of both worlds. Luxury accommodations with some amenities and concierge services on the one of the best beaches in the words, but still quiet and intimate—without the hustle and bustle of other parts of Grace Bay. We definitely will be back again!
