Located across the street from the Grace Bay beach might sound like a negative, but with a less than 5 min walk through a parking lot to the street access or a 2 min golf cart ride to the beach (also walk through Grace Bay Club), you end up with much quieter resort than one right on the beach.
Oasis has 2 pools, Amazing Staff, and only 30+ rooms if I'm not mistaken. So even at full capacity you may feel like you have this resort to yourself. Rooms come with a Nespresso machine and free coffee. Though you may need to ask for mugs as the pods vary in size and the room came with espresso and double espresso cups so read the pods ml first to be sure you don't overflow ;p
Our Room, and it looks like every room has a balcony with a couch and table and carpet. It's nice, but after a rain storm it takes days to dry. Be sure to move the pillows in to prevent them from getting wet.
At the time we were there they were renovating to add a restaurant and bar. (hopefully they offer a European plan (breakfast included)).
They also have a collection of bikes you can ride to town on for free. "Town" is about a 5 min bike ride away.
Most resorts in TCI are not all inclusive, so finding one that is near to restaurants will play an important role. Oasis is located very close to a few excellent options. I highly recommend CocoVan.
Come in October and you'll be one of only a few people in the resort... and the beach.
The Beach.
The resort has it's own section on the beach, with 2-3 chairs and 1 table per umbrella. They provide Clean Cold water on the beach (tastes better than the hotel).
You can bring Floaties from the resort as well (just need to sign them out).
It's a public beach, but it's not busy/crowded and is super clean. Every day just about a crew cleans up any seaweed that comes to shore.
Coconut Water is expensive $15, $20 with Rum. But they come back and open the coconut for you so you can eat it too if you like.
The Pelican is a nearby restaurant that will have a server stop by once or twice a day to ask if you'd like anything.
Water sports guys roam the beach and may ask you from time to time if you are interested.
What's nice, is that never did anyone selling anything try to pressure a sale. You never feel obligated to do something you don't really want. They are just really nice people there and great you by name.
One gentleman (Kevin I think?) spent 15 min. of his time helping us find sunglasses that got caught up in the waves... after finding them, spent another 15 min, helping another person who did the same thing looking for ours. (he found them too even after they gave up!)
Feedback to the resort:
The balcony carpet took 5 days to dry. Either small or no carpet would be better.
The balcony can use a Rack/Hook system to hang wet suits and gear to dry.
The Bathroom shower. Rain heads are fancy, but when less than 2ft from the doorless entry, water gets everywhere. Next Reno, place closer to far wall, or put in a glass door.
The AC and Fan could use some instructions.
Black out curtains. The sheer ones are nice but the main curtains don't stop daylight.

This is a nice, neat & clean hotel. No need to carry room key or room card, open the room door with code, i liked this feature the most. Check in & out experience was fast & good. Front desk staffs were very helpful & friendly. The room & bathroom was very clean, bed, pillowed were comfortable. They provided plenty of towels & toiletries. Due to Covid, we did not take room cleaning service everyday just took the complementary coffee refill. Beach is 3/4 mins walk & they also have free shuttles, beach chair & towels are available in beach area. I liked our stay here.

My family has not yet visited the resort but will in March of 2021. My review is based on my booking and customer service experience. I will review again following our trip. As hotels, airlines, and restaurants are being devastated by the pandemic it is also important to point out the good. The booking experience at Oasis was great, as a family of five, with a very curious 1 year old I was very concerned with which room to select. In particular, being on a second floor with a stroller or having a open staircase in the room. I called the front desk and spoke to a very polite gentleman that went over the rooms with me, was patient and helpful with tips for families traveling with young ones to their resort. I can’t wait to visit. First time to resort but a return to an island we fell in love with a few years ago!

I have booked a hotel room for 7 nights and was looking forward to visiting.
Our flight has been cancelled owing to Turks & Caicos closing their borders to all regional and international travel. In addition to this the hotel is currently closed.
I have tried to cancel my booking however have been told this is not possible and only a voucher can be issued. This is despite the fact that even if I could get to your hotel I wouldn’t be able to check in as you are closed.
As you are not able to provide the service that I have paid for I do not believe that a request for a refund is unreasonable however several e-mails have not been responded to and whenever I call the manager is not in. I have also been told the hotel will pass messages on but that they do not have contact details for the manager.
This is the fifth cancellation I have had to arrange, however this is certainly the most difficulty I have endured. I appreciate that this is a difficult and busy time for the industry and this hotel but would have appreciated you demonstrating common sense and a level of customer service in keeping with your brand.
I will certainly never stay at this hotel based on my experience so far.

Response from AngelinaOasis2017, Guest Relations Manager at The Oasis at Grace Bay
Responded 1 Jun 2020
Good afternoon, We are sorry for the delay in response time for this particular review but it is my responsibility to make sure that I review all the facts of each individual reservation thoroughly before I reply. As such, I noted that in our Hotel files as well as on Booking.com the first time request for a cancellation was May 18. Our response to this request was given less than 24 hours in which we explained that due to the fact that you had booked a non-refundable reservation there was no refund due however although not obliged we have offered a 1 year credit with no rate increases into 2021. We are well aware that with the global pandemic hitting all countries and with the borders shutting down that you were potentially unable to make your trip but when choosing a non-refundable reservation you were taking advantage financially of the better rate given and also knowingly accepting a no return on funds should you cancel or not show. There is no obligation on our part to give any compensation but in light of everything that is occurring throughout the world and affecting every single individual, we have opted to allow 1 year to reschedule your trip which is more than reasonable on our part. We hope to see you soon to enjoy and relax at our Oasis.

The best- Rooms are even better than pictured (modern, spacious, clean), beach is amazing, location is central, and, most importantly, the service is a standard above anything I've seen before. Lon (manager), Beverly, and everyone at front desk were incredibly understanding and accommodating of us- and I can be a difficult customer... We also experienced excellent service from Elwood with our bags and deliveries. Thought it best to use this review to dispel the few negative comments I read on here prior to booking:
1. Lack of a spa. This does not matter. At the Oasis beach, there is a masseuse (Kimberly) that gives incredible massages right on the beach. You could not ask for anything better and Beverly can arrange this directly for you .
2. Lack of a gym. The running and walking out the door is so good that one doesn't want to be in a gym! But, there is one within walking distance in the "town" or if you have a car, Graceway Fitness only charges $10 for a day pass.
3. The bikes. They are brand new and even have this neat self-locking feature for going into town. Nicest hotel bikes I've ever seen.
4. The walk to the beach. It's about 4 minutes down a lovely path. Someone was always ready with the golf cart to drive us to/from the beach, but we honestly enjoyed the walk. And the nice chairs, umbrellas, towels, water, etc. that you get at the beach make the walk worthwhile.
In short, I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back.

Stayed here mid Jan 2020, such a lovely small resort. We could take the golf cart or walk down to the private beach in 5mins. Complimentary bikes to ride down to the main strip to eat at restaurants, get groceries etc. Two pools with sunbeds to lie on as well. It was beautifully maintained, had polite staff, quiet and well located, definetely would stay again!

Super cute hotel a super short walk from the beach. It's not on the beach, but they get you there with a golf cart or it's a 5 min walk. The property is truly an oasis with lush greenery around and 2 swimming pools. They provide bikes to get around and everything is super close: you are 5 min bike ride away from the grocery store and a ton of restaurants in Regent Village and surrounding areas.
The rooms are modern, clean, with good Wi-Fi and mini fridge.
It would be great if they had at least a coffee station on the property instead of coffee machines in suite, but in this COVID era not having a general-purpose area saves us all from spreading the virus.
Overall fantastic place and we will definitely be back!

I don't think I can properly capture how amazing this place truly is but I'll try. The drive in makes you realize you made the right choice with the amazing landscape, tucked in a privately kept oasis. It felt unlike the other resorts of the area. When you enter the office you're greeted by what I can only describe as the most guinuine and kindest staff you'll ever experience. It's not a faked kindness that I've experienced at most vacation destinations. While they get you checked in you'll enjoy a lemon scented most towel to wash away the airplane funk. From arrival to your bags being taken to your room is lightning quick so you can get settled fast and start your vacation. I would recommend asking for a coconut, which will be picked from the grounds and delivered to you with a straw. Best water ever. They have 2 very nice and well maintained pools if that's your thing. More importantly the beach is a 2 minute walk away. They have a golf cart that will take you but it's so close that seemed a little lazy to us. They have plenty of bikes (including electric) that are free to take out whenever you want. They also have massage tables available outside on the grounds. Next time I'll schedule one for the first day and one for the last. One time wasn't enough and the massage was amazing. They have a coffee cart next to the office that serves from 8-11 (I believe) and has great coffee beans. A big thank you to the ladies who made my 4 coffee's every day. The rooms were great and well equipped but I don't come to paradise to sit in my room. I need to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to our friends in the Aplo breakfast/lunch on-site restaurant. They made this trip for us. The connections we made meant the world to us and I believe we've made friends we'll come back to see many times over. They have a great breakfast and the smoothies are a must. I was on a 2 a day smoothie diet. We will be back many times and I won't even consider going somewhere else. Every vacation from here out will be fighting for 2nd place to The Oasis At Grace Bay and TCI. Thank you all for the most amazing trip my wife and I have ever had. I hope management realizes how wonderful their staff is. Thank you again and we CAN'T WAIT to see you all again very soon.

I’m not sure where to start. We were booked to stay here for 8 nights and left a day early because it was so bad.
The first few mornings we were woken up by the kitchen exhaust fan that was blasting below our room. I went to the front desk and complained to a young woman with glasses and long curly hair parted down the middle. (I don’t know her name but am describing her because she was so awful) Now I travel for a living and can’t even guess how many places I’ve stayed, so it was exceptional to me how rude, snotty, disinterested and useless this woman was. She said she’d never heard of any noise from that room (like that somehow matters) and wouldn’t do anything to help. She said they were completely booked, which they weren’t. I saw plenty of empty rooms. As we were leaving I saw her snapping at an older cleaning woman who worked there because she struggled with English. God forbid she had to take the time to try to understand her. I guess she needed to get back to staring at her phone.
My wife complained the next day to a young man working there who kept saying he’d look into it. He also said he never heard of that. Neither of them seemed to grasp that we don’t remotely care and it doesn’t remotely matter if they ever heard it or not. Of course he did absolutely nothing.
The only helpful person was the Chef who agreed to start the exhaust fan later in the morning. (He’s the one who told us what it was)
On top of all this our room looked out on the back parking lot of a casino full of dumpsters. The last four night the casino music was so loud you could feel bass vibrating in the room so we got no sleep whatsoever (doesn’t stop until after 2am)
In addition to all this, you have to either walk or take a golf cart to the beach through a vacant lot and passed a cesspool of sewage from a local restaurant. Don’t let their website fool you, it’s not on the beach.
I’d sooner sleep in a tent than ever recommend this place. Oh yeah, the bar closes at 7:30.
I do want to reiterate the chef and bar tender were very nice. The rest of the front desk staff were utterly useless.

wonderful boutique hotel. Not a beach front property but short walk to the beach. No beach view property. If you prefer not to walk they provide constant transfer to and from the beach. Spacious room, clean and modern. Good Wi-Fi. Beautiful pool area with lots of greenery. Each room has a small fridge and we could have ice every night from the reception. There is no restaurant to the hotel, that is the only downside. However, you will find a super market where you can go with the hotel's free bike or you can try the nearby restaurants. I would stay again. The beach is just awesome and they provide umbrellas and sun lounges and water. The staff is friendly and helpful.
