Seven Stars Resort & Spa is celebrated for its impressive amenities, including clean and spacious rooms with stunning ocean views, multiple pools, and a variety of activities, all located conveniently close to local attractions. While the service is generally lauded for being attentive and professional, some guests encountered inconsistencies. Despite the accolades for cleanliness and atmosphere, a few travelers feel the cost is steep relative to the value, pointing out dated decor and the need for better Wi-Fi as drawbacks.

The hotel is spotless. Staff does a great job of keeping things clean, with plenty of nice towels for pool and beach. Fitted towels are placed on the lounge chair cushions which are lined up under umbrellas on the beach. Sand is very fine and white. Water is fairly calm, and beautiful blue color. There was a little grass like seaweed in the water, but not that bad. Walked around the bend to the left by Beaches resort where the seaweed was terrible. Walked to the right past Club Med, found some conch shells. Noise from next door construction was not bad. Both the family salt water pool, and the adult pool have plenty of chairs and we used a cabana for cover during some brief rain showers. Bar located between the pool and beach serves good drinks. Staff delivers free skewer of cut fruit and tiny cups of frozen drinks, which is very nice. Turn down service for the room was always performed at 530, which is a little early since most of our reservations were for 630 or 7.

Amazing beach, location and views are INCREDIBLE! Not sure you could have a bad room here, so long as you are Oceanside.

Our room was a junior king oceanfront (1508) and it was perfect for our 5 night stay. I am very picky when it comes to rooms, and this hit all the marks! Great view, comfortable balcony furniture, large spa tub, plush bed, well equipped kitchenette AND a washer/dryer in room which was super convenient. Housekeeping/room service took great care of everything and were immediate any time you call.

The grounds are well groomed and security on property made us feel safe. The pools are relaxing and clean, the lounge chairs/cabanas are higher end and the free watersport equipment gave us something fun to do for any down time during the day. The hobbiecat sailboats are a blast and a must try!

My girlfriend went to the spa for a facial/massage combo and she was pretty underwhelmed for the price. $230 and they don’t have any amenities. I’ve been to a lot of spas on vacation and this one is certainly lacking the quality of the rest of the resort.
I will say that the gym located at the spa is decent if you want a quick workout.

The restaurant serves free breakfast everyday which is nice, although the menu is pretty small to choose from and doesn’t change. We went to dinner on our last evening at Seven and it was not good and over-priced. I would not recommend eating at the hotel. Ask your cab drivers, they know all the best spots and are super friendly.

Check out Mango Reef and Coco Bistro, both places were a Home run. The resort is walking distance to a nice supermarket (we cooked dinner in one night and we loved it), shopping and a great coffee spot called Lemon2go.

All in all we were both happy with our stay and will certainly look forward to our next trip back. Cheers!

I won’t bore you with every little detail about Seven Stars because there are too many too list. This place is exclusive. It is gorgeous, the rooms are stunning and modern and incredibly well-appointed. The swimming pools (adult and kids) are impeccable and both restaurants (The Deck & Seven) served amazing dishes. The beach set ups and service for drinks, etc… were phenomenal. Breakfast is free and it is very good. The location is perfect as you are right in the middle of town with access to countless shops, restaurants and a grocery store. My only complaints are that it is incredibly expensive. Like, two burgers, two ice waters with an appetizer at lunch for almost $100 expensive. Like two rum punches beachside for $36 expensive. I get luxury resort prices but these seemed other worldly. Almost like they were making up for 2020’s loss of revenue. $750 a night for an ocean view room on Turks is a fair price but an additional $110 per night for non descript “service” and “facility” fees didn’t go unnoticed. Also, everywhere you went there was someone from the property trying to spray my hands with sanitizer. It was extremely annoying. It’s the first thing they do when you arrive and you will be approached several more times during your stay. This is not exactly the experience I want for these prices as we left the US to get ‘away from’ being reminded about Covid every minute of every day. It’s excessive and for an airborne disease with a 99.8% rate of survival should you get Covid, it’s baseless. Overall though, I’d give this place a 9/10 stars and wouldn’t think twice about staying again.

We had a wonderful relaxing experience at Seven Stars Resort.
On arrival we received a warm welcome, a refreshing rum punch drink and a tour of the resort before being shown to our room.
My husband, our two sons and I stayed in a 2 bedroom Island View Room. It had more than enough room, two closets, two full bathrooms, a small kitchenette and a balcony terrace with a table and four chairs. Housekeeping came twice a day, and did a good job.
I love that they give each guest their own stainless steel water bottle and had water stations on the beach and at the pools to refill them. Since they are yours to keep, they make a wonderful souvenir of your time in paradise! There is also suntan lotion and water diapers for babies available at the pools. I was also happy that you can take beach towels as needed and not worry about checking them in/out as we’ve had to do at other resorts.
The beach and the two pools were great, and while there were a lot of people (we were there Presidents Day weekend) we never had trouble finding a lounger. The service on the beach was great and I was very happy to meet the famous Charles (he’s as great as all the reviews I read while researching the resort say) His smile and “If you’re happy, I’m happy” line really makes your day.
They offer yoga every morning at 8 am, I went everyday and found it to be a very good class. My husband and sons took advantage of the tennis courts every afternoon, and never had a problem getting a court time.
The breakfast buffet was very nice, but I thought a bit small for the size of the resort. We ate lunch at the Deck a few times - food was good, service a bit slow. We had a dinner at the Seven restaurant one night, the food, service and atmosphere were all wonderful, I highly recommend it.
Overall we had a wonderful time at Seven Stars Resort.

We visited Seven Stars for a week in June on a family vacation. We had been there years ago when it first opened and were excited to return over a decade later. All in all, the trip was one of the best we have taken. The grounds and room were beautiful. I was particularly impressed with how clean and updated our room was (1BR oceanfront suite). It felt a little more like "ocean view" but still gorgeous and I am very picky. The breakfast each morning was really great. Lots of variety and executed well. We loved the omelet/made to order station, but make sure you order that as soon as you sit down cause it takes a while and we frequently were done with our meal and waiting on eggs to arrive. We learned that after a few days.

The beach is perfection - my kids loved the trampoline out in the ocean, the kayaks, and taking rides on the catamaran with the guys (I just tipped them to take them out for a spin). It was great having all those things included and having plenty of places to sit without paying for or fighting over chairs. If I had one suggestion, especially with the Ritz opening right next door, it would be to do what Grace Bay Club does and offer little midday treats like popsicles and sorbet on the beach. It just feels more luxury and I was surprised they didn't do that because I honestly liked Seven Stars better than Grace Bay Club overall otherwise.

Service can be a little slow (island time totally), but that seemed to improve as the trip went on - more of an issue at he beach cause Mike at the pool was great. We rented a car and went into town to the store, dinner, get ice cream and see the puppies at Potcake every day. Cabs are ridiculously overpriced so getting a car is key to us there. We loved Mr. Grouper, Coco Bistro, and Cocovan the most!

They are super strict about sanitation, but being vaccinated, I appreciated not having to wear a mask on property in the open air. They even sprayed our hands with what felt like pure alcohol when we were just returning from town to go to our suite. Highly encourage them to find a more pleasant sanitizer cause I felt like they were spraying pure nail polish remover on my hands. But they are very cognizant of keeping COVID at bay.

We would definitely go back next summer if we can make it work! Turks is so expensive and prices are almost doubling next year as COVID improves so we are so glad we came this year because it was a wonderful trip and more reasonable like other places in the Caribbean :). We would come every year if we could! The beach is like a postcard and we all had so much fun.

We arrived at the resort the day after they reopened from the island's closure. It could not have been a more perfect experience. Despite having a smaller number of guests than usual for a couple of days, the resort was fully operational and fully staffed. When you go through the security to enter the guards take your temperature and sanitize your hands. Check-in was lovely. We were seated on a couch, given drinks and cool towels and taken for a resort tour. Our luggage was promptly brought to our room. All of the staff members are wearing masks. Guests were not required to wear masks at the pool and beach. We had a one bedroom suite and it was tastefully decorated and amply spacious. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The L'Occitane bath products are great. Beach service was amazing. We really enjoyed Charles, Lila, and Miles. I am super picky about lounge chairs and the beach and pool chairs were exceptionally comfortable. There were always plenty of umbrellas and chairs available and we appreciated the chair set up service. We enjoyed the adult pool. The staff did a great job of dealing with the hurricane. The storm happened mostly during the overnight hours. By mid-afternoon the staff had beach and pool chairs out again an even permitted us to use a cabana for free since the wind was so extreme on the beach. We have always enjoyed dinner at Seven. We actually ate there twice this trip since our other reservation was cancelled due to the storm. We had great servers at Seven and the Deck. Breakfast was really the only hiccup in service. Everyone is working so hard and the staff really seem to support each other and work together. The employees here are such a huge asset and really made the experience great. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

I am currently writing this review from a penthouse suite (more on that in a few sentences) at the tail end of our 9 day stay at this property. It was our 5th visit in 5 years and we obviously enjoy the service, food and every else that comes with staying here.
Although all condos here are nicely appointed , we typically book a 1 bedroom ocean view thats 4th floor or higher and are always happy with the cleanliness and condition of the space. On the 3rd or 4th day we noticed 3 things were broken and I thought I would call the front desk and alert them to it, the bedroom black out electric curtain was stuck open, the bedroom ceiling fan switch and jacuzzi jet pump was inoperable. They responded and repaired the first two items within a half an hour. I then received a call from Jamey the property manager and was told the tub pump needed a part that would not be available until after our stay was over and he asked what we would like him to do to make up for the issues? I told him that it wasn't necessary for him to do anything , and that my wife and I chaulked up these items as minor inconveniences and only alerted them so they could make the repairs now, or for the next guests. He told me to expect a call back in a few minutes. Sure enough he called back and offered us the penthouse suite at no additional charge for the duration of our stay. At this point We still didn't feel it was necessary for all the fuss over these things that we surely enough could live without for 4-5 more days but Jamey politely insisted and that we would very much enjoy the upgrade. Without too much detail, he was correct and he had his staff move us into a 2000 soft top floor penthouse which I can confirm Is Very Nice.
I am writing all this , not only to Thank Jamey and all the people at Seven Stars, but to educate and school the people who write reviews that expect to gain more complimentary treatment and monetary offsets by continually bi**hing and complaining over every little issue that might pop up during their stay.
Please stop, No one wants, or cares about your petty concerns when you act like a grown person in diapers. You don't have your bed turned down, have candy placed on your pillow every night, and have towels and sheets washed everyday at home , so stop pretending that you do, and IF you do, you have other issues.
Thanks again to all the staff at Seven Stars, keep up the great work. It is appreciated by all of us grown ups. I am sorry you have to deal with the grown toddlers and hopefully 1 or 2 will change by reading this. But I am not too certain that will change.
See you as soon as possible!!

We have been coming here for the past 7 years because we loved everything about it. However this year was a little disappointing. They no longer give you bottled water, instead they give you glass bottles that are refillable at various places outside the hotel, none of which are close to your room. They say the water is triple filtered but how would we know that, also are they sterilizing the glass bottles. Breakfast was always a big draw but this year the food was off. It all had an odd flavor/smell to it that tasted awful. We all noticed a lot of employees in management positions this year. Sometimes too
much management is not great. The overall feel was totally different this year and not for the the better.

Dear Wado355, Thank you for your review of your stay with us at Seven Stars. It is disappointing to read that you found this stay to be lacking, but I’d like to clear up a few points. While we have replaced the complimentary water bottles with the filtered water in the glass bottles, we do still sell cases of bottled water in our Gourmet Market. Prior to implementing our water project, Seven Stars was using upwards of 150,000 plastic bottles per year. This practice did not support our environmental initiative, so we have switched to multi-use bottles in order lessen the impact. Also, while we are expecting to add more water filling stations, the current stations are around the Pool & Beach area, at the tennis court, in the fitness centre, and in the Kids Camp. Only the Seven Stars logo-ed white bottles are meant to leave the suite as they are our complimentary gift to you, but the glass bottles must stay in the suite. Those glass bottles are sanitized regularly, and then filled with triple filtered water. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy our Breakfast, and I wish that we had gotten a chance to speak to you about it so that we could have turned the experience around. Still, I appreciate the feedback, as it highlights areas that we may need to work on going forward. Thank you again, and I hope that you will consider giving us an 8th try in the future. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell-Forbes

From the time U get dropped, Adrian Welcomes you With a Big smile, And makes sure that the luggage reaches the room safely. He picks it up when we have to return and is waiting to say goodbye to us at the end of the trip.
The front desk is also great and I especially like the people working in the store, They are very friendly.
The concierge desk was very helpful.
Most wall being a healthcare professional ,I was paying attention to the COVID 19 precautions and measures taken by the hotel. This place can compares to none other In terms of awareness And preparedness. They also have a PCR testing site in The property. I was told that all the staff members have been vaccinated and never received a second dose. That gives his an extra level of comfort. I never saw a single employee in the property without wearing a mask and some of them when wearing it all day long. The breakfast was a no touch System which may end up being a thing of the future. Even the Guards who are not only friendly, but also make sure that everybody who enters property is sanitized
The patient was clean and safe in terms of distance from other people. Absolutely no trouble finding chairs and Cabanas by the pool side. The service by the pool side is excellent and friendly.

All the staff working there during breakfast where very nice in the breakfast spread was excellent- shout out to Esmaralda the hostess Always had a big smile and well coming and Carolyn the server who was always cheerful.

The Beaches where very clean And managed very well.
I took a cocktail class with Williams-And he knows his stuff very well. Seven has a great bar as well.

The Rooms are very nice and suspicious and the kitchen is modern and well appointed.
Thank you once again for making of her stay very comfortable and relaxing.

Dear DocbondMD, Thank you for your review of your stay with us at Seven Stars Resort & Spa. It is so nice to know that you were able to have such a good time with us. I'm sure that many prospective guests will appreciate your insight, although I do have to point out some things. We have an Antigen testing site on property, but we work with a lab on island that would allow you to take your PCR test in your suite. Also, over half of the staff has been fully vaccinated and have taken their second shot. Thank you for your compliments on Adrian, Esmerelda, and Carolyn. From the moment we arrived at Seven Stars resort we were treated like royalty! With a delicious rum punch in one hand and a cold, scented towel in the other we were whisked away to tour the property en route to our fabulous surprise upgraded Penthouse suite for our Honeymoon!! The concierge even checked on us a few times our first day to ensure we had everything we needed. This hospitality was second to none! Each morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast buffet fit for a KING (which is included in the stay). The salt water heated pool was perfect after a day in the ocean! My husband and I even took out the free use of the Hobie Cat sailboats a couple of times! So serene sailing on the gorgeus water of Grace Bay! Each person at Seven Stars went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable during our stay! Best place ever! We are already planning our next vacation!!! Thank you Seven Stars!!

So sorry for the delayed answer. I always take cab. Seven Stars does not have a shuttle per se, but can always arrange can from hotel to anywhere.

We did the private dining at Seven Stars. It was amazing! Food was great, we had one person waiting on us and she was wonderful. It's not something we would do regularly because it was pricey, but it was definitely worth the money for a special memory and we celebrated my husband's 60th birthday.
