The last available option on a busy Saturday night. Rooms are out dated and basic. It was clean, breakfast was just edible. Self service tea and the crappiest, cheapest coffee and orange juice. Walls were paper thin, seems to cater as a semi asylum centre, homeless shelter. Avoid....

We stayed here for 3 nights in May and have to say that we found this b&b to be perfect for us. Far enough from the city to experience the local area. Buses into the centre, every 10 minutes if not less from right outside the b&b. 2 nice local pubs within walking distance. Friendly staff and room was clean.... More

we have stayed for one week. Nice room and clean bathroom. breakfast very poor and except for the manger, the staff is not friendly at all, the chinese girls who work there are not kind at all, always look angry, yelling at each other and do the work without polite manners.

Nice room, clean and good bathroom, bed was comfortable, we were put in a family room so had lots of room as just a couple. Hairdryer in the room but no tea/coffee in room but available downstairs. Hotel staff were friendly. Useful bus stop outside as well as great pub down the road.

We have stayed at palmerstown lodge. Wonderful, very quiet, clean, good choice of breakfast.Definately going back. We've stayed in Dublin quite often and this has definately been the best value for money stay we've had. Bringing the kids the next time.

The drive and forecourt tells the story of this establishment, weeds growing through the paving, I should have turned and gone away before going in the door. Smells of food and stale cigarettes. The bed sheets were clean but I did not like the idea of the blanket. Children running about and noise in the corridor late in the night.... More

Booked into this place without doing research (something I never do!) It stinks of cigarettes, I wouldn't even sleep in the bed. I arrived late as I was with someone that was having surgery in a nearby hospital. I stayed there for 2 hours but I nearly passed out from the cold and the place made my skin crawl. I... More
