What you would expect in terms of standard although annoying that the Jacuzzi was still out of action and this was mentioned in a review many months earlier. Great pool which my son enjoyed. Staff pleasant. Bit out of way but good access to Whinlatter and other northern destinations in Lakes. Would prefer other Best Westerns really.

Not once have I missed home or been disappointed by the service provided here. Professional and helpful at all times. Food can be pricey but it's isolated so if you want cheaper then drive to the...

From the start staff were friendly and helpful. Huge room, modern bathroom and large comfy bed. Great additional facilities of pool, sauna, steam room. Other stuff outside not available due to inclement weather. Restaurant pricey but bistro fine. Breakfast very expensive and not included. Otherwise a great deal for three nights.
