Had a most enjoyable stay in the twin room. The room was spotless with nice little touches like flowers and sweets in the room. The breakfast was home cooked with plenty of choices.Would highly recommend and would book again when we come to visit my nephew in Stoke Climsland.

Had such a lovely stay at Rose Cottage B&B whilst visiting family. I was alone and stayed in the single room which was very cosy with amazing views over looking the castle. Karen and Adrian were very welcoming, I would highly recommend staying here!

My daughter and I stayed at Rose Cottage as we were attending a friends 40th birthday party in Launceston. Fantastic little B&B, Karen was very friendly. Our room was spotless and the breakfast was very good. Will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed here on a recent business trip, could not fault any part of my stay-Karen and Adrian could not do enough to make me feel welcome. Clean and tidy room, great breakfast and parking outside front door, highly recommended and will definitely return.

Wonderful weekend break staying at Rose Cottage. The bedroom was spotlessly clean. Adrian and Karen made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed a lovely home cooked breakfast beautifully served in the dining room looking over Launceston and the stunning countryside beyond.

Fantastic stop over at this great B&B. Great location in the heart of Launceston. Very welcoming and comfortable - couldn't fault it! Secure bike storage too for any cyclists. There was a lovely decked seating area with great views. We even had our cycling kit washed for a small fee.

Had a wonderful stay at Rose Cottage as I was in Launceston for a family wedding with my sister. Karen was a brilliant host and made us feel very welcome. This B&B is beautifully furnished and decorated. Its location is perfect, set in the rolling hills of the Cornish countryside.

A highly recommended place to stay. Karen went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even starting her day an hour early to cater to my schedule. Every window I managed to look out of has a stunning view, truly beautiful part of England and so quiet after London. Seems like a great location to explore the area being...
