Large comfy bed in a large airy well appointed bedroom. Excellent bathroom with good bath and great shower. Fluffy dressing gowns. There is a flatlet in the top of the house with own door so we had privacy and quiet. Cosy lounge and fresh milk in the fridge with a good selection of tea and coffee. The food was excellent...

Two nights at Christmastime in this elegant home was a delight. Jane and Richard's warm welcome and generous hospitality can not be faulted and and we dined like royalty! The house was beautifully decorated for the season and adorned with Jane's floral handiwork. Our suite had everything you could wish for in terms of comfort. Lovely big bed, charming sitting...

What a fantastic B&B! We recently visited Launceston for a friends wedding. As this was our first trip away together on our own since having children we decided to go for 2 nights and have an evening to ourselves. We couldn't have picked a better B&B. Jane and Richard were friendly, welcoming and helpful! The suite is well fitted out...

We were delighted to be able to offer accommodation that enabled this couple to enjoy the celebrations of their friend's wedding, especially as this was a first time away from the children. Maybe next anniversary they will think of us for a special weekend of luxury with a delicious dinner! Hope to see you again, and appreciate your kind words...

We have just spent a fabulous four days at this wonderful B&B. Jane is the perfect host and an amazing cook. Her breakfasts and dinners (if you ask for them) are of the highest quality, fresh home cooking with local ingredients, beautifully presented. As guests, we had the only room, a 'Suite' which is the top floor of the house....

We are so fortunate in having Cowslip Farm nearby, an internationally recognised centre for needlework excellence, especially patchwork with courses all year round. Twice a year their outstanding and popular craft fair is held so it was a real pleasure to offer accommodation to this stall holder and partner, who worked hard all day and enjoyed complete relaxation in their...

We recently stayed at Beechgrove for 6 nights. The suite is exquisite, comfortable, and a real home from home. Jane & Richard are excellent hosts, and their warm welcome and Jane's wonderful cooking made this the perfect place to stay to enjoy Cornwall. We pre-booked to eat there on the Saturday night when we arrived, and the meal was so...

We were delighted to meet these guests, our first from the Isle of Man. Luckily we were able to offer them an early check in and breakfast as they drove down from the ferry all through the night, arriving early in the morning and then crashing for a few hours. We do love opening Cornwall up to people who may...
