The room where wee stayed was in need of a complete makeover, it was directly facing onto the area were staff take there tea/smoke breaks, also where the bottles are sorted out and deliveries arrive and i couldn't sleep with the noise of the oil burner blasting throughout the night, the noise was awful it was a complete disgrace. I have stopped off here on a few occasions recently, mainly due to hunger and convenience whilst travelling. The food is fine but can be expensive. The river setting of the hotel is nice and while Belleek is a small, quiet place, there's really not much to do there. Excellent helpful staff, any queries dealt with very quickly in a friendly manner. Room was good, clean and tidy. Hotel interior could do with a facelift, looking bit worn and tired. There are times when you can't please everyone and there are times when you won't please anyone. Stayed here in September as part of a group, manager and staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very old fashioned & unsatisfactory. Dont listen when they say 'Fitness suite, well appointed rooms or premiere dining experience' all of these statements are false!
