Hello, why was I refused the accomodation I had booked and confirmed and paid a deposit for the double ensuite can room, when I arrived tired and hungry from Glasgow Airport.
The stress was heightened by the fact that the lessors were not present and they had told the staff to say they " over booked" and to turn all people away. Fortunately Instood my ground, the staff were quite confused to stay the least with the running of the Hotel.
