Comfortable place to take some food and drinks. Service is friendly. Free wi-fi available. Good local beers. Good parking in front of the hotel. It is not a big place but it is ok for spending a night.

We spent two nights in this property. The reception was welcoming and helpful. Rooms are in the hotel itself and in the motel part nextdoor, which consists of a number of white wooden cottages. Cars can be parked in front of each cottage at the other side of a small lawn. We had room 12 in the motel part, which...

We had a back room with a view of a church and another restaurant. The room was OK, but the walls were paper thin - we could hear people putting hangers on the rod in the "closet". On a future visit, we'd look for another place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful... but there was nothing really to...

We did stay in a cabin. There was something sort of retro, back to the 50s, about this and in that way it was charming. The room was clean. When the toilet had an issue, it was addressed promptly. We had made the reservation ahead of time for the cabin but then got a call before arrival from the property...

A nice motel to spend the night. The restaurant is simple but good. The view to the Saint Laurence is magnificent. With any luck one can see the wales and in any case the big ships going up and down the river.

Stayed here for two nights in early September. As we had booked a room with two double beds, we are assigned one of the cabins. The chalet was not fancy, but a reasonable size, with a clean bathroom with a shower stall, a small fridge and a small TV. The beds were comfortable, and despite being relatively close to the...

Very pet friendly. Excellent full restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The motel is positioned on the main road with good views of the bay and St. Lawrence. The cabins are neat, cute and cozy. There are good places to walk dogs, and there are stairs to the beach on the opposite side of the road. The staff is excellent, friendly,...

Was our first night on the road from Toronto to Newfoundland. After 11 hours on road and a long haul to Labrador City the next morning, it was just what we needed. It's close to the ferry to Tadoussac and has a nice little restaurant. We enjoyed the seafood chowder and a Caesar. The scenery is nice as you are...

Place was clean, beds were comfortable... had a small fridge but no free coffee or coffee maker in the rooms. Cute alternative from a typical Motel. Location is amazing. A picnic table across the street makes an ideal location to enjoy your coffee or picnic.

Early September, I booked a room, over the phone, late one night and had to cancel early the next morning as our schedule had changed due to circumstances beyond our control. This hotel refused us any refund, holding to their policy of requiring a cancellation 48 hrs in advance. I understand the policy protects the host from lost business, but...
