Utterly unbelievable why management is not doing anything to improve food quality. Reviews about the food have been bad since they started more than a year or 2 ago. Buffet breakfast has the usual pinoy favorites.. the adobo, how can one go wrong on adobo.. It was utterly bland as well as all the other meal choices, even the scrambled...

Checked in with a friend visiting from the US. Friendly front office staff greeted us and check in was a breeze. They asked us to wear some wristbands which made us uncomfortable. Owners over hotel guest I guess. Hotel room is so so, we had the lagoon view, reminded me of the apartments I stayed in Florida. The food was...

Dear Edward G, Thank you for your review. We understand that you found our wristband less favourable. Pico Sands Hotel guests use the facilities of the Pico De Loro Beach and Country Club, a private membership club. We use this as our identification between our members and guests. It is with sincere regret that I note your disappointments in our...

If you want peace and quiet and to commune with nature, this is the place to go. There are mountains around, lush green trees and vegetation, a seashore and coves. Btw, this is for club members only, operating under SM group. There are plenty of activities to do here, bowling, billiards, jetski, hiking etc. The rooms are spacious and clean,...

If not for the bracelet that they let you wear to identify you as a hotel guest and not a club member, the resort is fantastic. The staff members are not only efficient and friendly, but they go beyond the usual. Kudos to Regina, a very attentive wait staff at the restaurant. She just overheard my daughter looking for pancakes...

We came there about a month ago, and checked in at jacana and CAROLA tower with my family and relatives. Well, the place was cool and the beach was amazing! The food was great! But the overkill part of our experience was the service at the tower, we used to move down to ask for assistance at the reception for...

Been here twice and both visits have been nothing but amazing. Hotel rooms were awesome and amenities are dynamic! I love their infinity pool and the view of the beach is spectacular. I'd love to come back and enjoy some peace and quiet just 2hrs away from the city! :)

A couple of hours away from the Metro, all roads leading to this place has internet signal so it's very much waze-able. 2 major routes: either via Cavitex or via Tagaytay. Not sure how the commute will be if ever you decide to commute, but we saw several bus stations going to Cubao and Pasay. PROS: Very exclusive feel, even...

We went there for a night for a quick getaway with our toddler. Its almost a 3 hour travel from Quezon City and the road was fine. Oh, we really appreciate the Anniversary bear and cake the hotel gave us! It was really sweet of them to remember! =) Upon arrival, front desk is okay and I read here somewhere...
