Forza Di Agro is a little remote and a good drive up from the main highways, but this hotel is a hidden gem, in a quiet and friendly community on the east coast of Sicily, approx 74km north of Catania Airport. Its clean, inviting and the rooms all have balconies. Breakfast was included and although i didn't eat in the...

It is a bit of uphill drive but it is worth. Nice and quiet place, excellent service and facilities. The dinner is the best we had in Sicily! They are specialized in seafood and the dinner menu is unbeatable. A young lady at the reception was most welcoming and helpful not only in the hotel but also planing our stay...

This hotel is very clean & staff are very helpful. The view is beautiful & definitely worth the drive to the hotel. The garage is also free for motorbikes which is a big plus. Restaurant is also very good. Did not have anything to complain about.

My husband and I planned our trip to Sicily at the last minute while visiting our son in France. We booked the Hotel Agostiniana from online reviews. We arrived at Catania and drove our rental car down the auto strada; then up the mountain to Forza d'Agro to the hotel. That first drive was a bit nail-biting for me, but...

We stumbled accross the Agostiniana a year earlier when a previously booked hotel left a lot to be desired so we left and came to the Agostiniana instead. We liked it so much we rebooked for this year, choosing it as the longest stay in our multi-location two weeks in Sicily. You will almost certainly want a car although it...

Having stayed on two different occasions at this hotel, I knew I would once again have a very pleasant stay. This hotel is well positioned and the Sea View room is well worth booking. The staff is very friendly and give the hotel a very homely feel, in fact the lovely girls at the reception welcomed us back as if...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
... more   less
