The camp sites are very well looked after very clean always warm water for showering no matter the time of day. The staff is very friendly. The view is out of this world. The access road I wouldn't suggest doing with a small car very bad bumps and big rocks but do able with a rental car.

If you really want to get away from it all, this is the camping site for you. The access road is rocky, but not impossible. The camping site is set out in a way that ensures privacy, and provides a good view of a watering point (binoculars came in handy). No electricity, and (quite adequate) ablution block not close to... The track to get here is long and the road isn't in great condition but the view from the camp is great. There are only 3 camps here each their own braai and shaded area. A lovely shared ablution block that is tended daily and a donkey boiler provides hot water. A very quiet and peaceful spot worth the drive... More

My wife and I made an unscheduled stop at Erongo Plateau with no booking. We were well received and fortunately there was a suite available for that night which we took. Suite 6 is the best, beautifully appointed and the most secluded of all with the best sunset view right from your deck. The guides were very well informed and... More

Very nice, clean, spacious, quiet campsite build on a hill, so you can experience the stunning view. Facility of shower, toilet, just great! Lighting in the building at night was done with a candle, so very cool :) All campsites look out on the water supply for the animals. When it got dark we got to see some zebras. And... More

A well hidden location on the mountain with an incredible outlook, an amazing place to watch the sunset. Toilettes extremely clean and with candle lighting for the showers, toilets etc, all built in stone, just the coolest. Walked the whole trail behind the camp and really to recommend, saw a big male Kudu and plenty more up there. Met 4... More

a bit hard to find, this camp site is NOT listed with the other campgrounds on the map by the gates into Erongo park. So one must know where this camp site is, as it is not advertised well. Absolutely clean, immaculately groomed and huge camping sites for 110 NAD per person/per night. (as of July 2014). The bathrooms/showers all... More
