Different style of hotel this one, very peaceful and quite remote situated on a lake. Food is excellent and the staff were very attentive. We had a traditional Japanese room as opposed to a western one so slept on mats on the floor.

Western or Japanese Tatami rooms are available This onsen is in a remote location up in the hills. WI-FI in lobby only. They have indoor and outdoor onsen pools. The outdoor onsen (rotenburo) has a magnificent view of the lake and Enakyo Valley.
