This is a pretty average guest house. I was glad that we had a car, since it was a smaller village. We had a triple room which was perfect for us. Parking is in back of the building and when coming in the back door, we walked through the kitchen, which was a little unusual. But we have no complaints... More

One gets what one pays for and this guest house was certainly cheap, but regrettably, not up to the stars awarded it by the Scottish Tourist Board. Dirt, screws, old curtain fixing on the windowsill and spilt coffee down the chest of drawers. The linen was very old-fashioned and the towels small and thin. What a shame.

We stayed for 1 night on a trip round the north east. I had booked a triple room which was a reasonable size and had everything needed to make a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a beautiful summers evening sitting out on the roof terrace with a glass of wine. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and freshly cooked to... More

My wife and I stayed here at the start of May for a wedding in the local area. The room and facilities were more than sufficient but what really made our stay memorable was the level of service from Christine & Keith. They made sure our every need was taken care of and very very friendly and attentive throughout our... More

Very welcoming and comfortable, even had wine glasses and bottle opener in room. Breakfast was fabulous! Plenty room to park in private car park, and overall great value. Would definitely stay there again.

The Dunedin guest house is very comfortable and great value. The breakfast was lovely (best poached egg on toast I have ever had!) and the owners were very welcoming despite my late arrival and having to get a tyre on my hire car pumped up while they were preparing breakfast for other guests! If you are looking for total luxury... More

Lovely warm welcome. Would highly recommend. Keith & Christine made us feel at home . Many thanks & see you again. Small pond in corner off garden. Will book again next time we're in the area. Kids loved staying here as well. Family flat at back was perfect for us. Off road parking is a bonus as well. Plenty choices... More

Stayed here for two nights for a wedding at Aswanley. Our group took up the whole place as there are limited places nearby to stay. I was quite glad as we were all getting up and going to bed at the same time so the slammy doors of the rooms and corridor didn't disturb us. The rooms are as you... More
