Another brilliant stay it this hotel. The location is perfect for the Trafford centre and the tram stop is just outside to get into the city centre. The staff were great as we were going to the AO Arena and had never used the tram before and they were so helpful giving us a map and explained which line to get on. The hotel itself is really clean and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast was included and the food was great, the staff never stopped cleaning. Wi-Fi was also really fast! I’ve used other hotels in the same area, but this is by far the best one.
Stayed with family including someone who was gluten free and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. From the housekeepers to reception staff and the breakfast team everyone was helpful and great with the kids. Gluten free options were provided each morning. Lots to do in the area. The staff made us all feel very welcome and will definitely be returning.
This is my go to hotel in Manchester despite the choice of many in the area. It is ideally located near motorway and less than 5 mins walk to the Trafford Centre and tram into city centre. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with the reception/bar/restaurant area being pleasant, with a good menu and food is decent quality too..... however the main reason that I come back here almost every week is the team that looks after me there. They do everything they can to ensure I have a great stay and that I am happy with everything and they really do show that they value my custom., Right from checking in to checking out every member of the team is friendly, welcoming and professional, a credit to the brand. I have been staying here regularly for over a year and have never had an issue, would definitely recommend.…
Amazing hotel. Very clean, staff lovely, car park free and easy to access also only 6 tram stops from centre. If you want to go to Trafford Centre this is ideal! Breakfast was lovely. 100 percent be returning thanks again Jo
Despite the fact that the room had already been paid for by the company, they would not let me check in without paying a £50 damage deposit, not at all welcoming. Then they mentioned the breakfast and I asked what gluten free options they had, they said ‘Not much!’ Poor ventilation in the rooms, had difficulty sleeping as you can not turn the aircon fans off, one for the noise but also because it dries the air out so much, it affected my breathing. Was tempted to go and sleep in my car. Wafts of the smell of weed floated through the hotel. Would not recommend.
Stayed one night, three people sharing a room with a king double bed and a sofa bed. The room was too small for this arrangement and could be considered dangerous as there was less than adequate room to walk safely around the end of the beds, See photo. Breakfast was far from relaxing as the food was very slow to be replenished so much so that people were diving in before it vanished again ! Not a pleasant stay !
Very happy with our choice. Hotel is very clean and has a nice interior design. Better than other Expresses we have stayed before. Rooms ad a nice view - we booked 2 interconnected and housekeeping staff was very helpful and polite when asking to have the sofa bed made up. Bathrooms were spotless, nice towelling and good amenities. Great value for money
Stayed here for 1 one whilst visiting a show BEC. The room was really spacious and the bathroom was great but it could have done with a bit of a clean. There was half a glass of water on the table in the room and the carpets could have done with a clean as stained. Breakfast was very limited too.
I was visiting to watch a rugby match between Christmas and New Year. The hotel was easy to find and near a tram station. I went to the city for lunch and came back later both to check-in and then head off for breakfast. Was a bit surprised by the made up sofa bed, was in the way, but it as just one night stay so didn't raise the matter. Nice room and bathroom. Good breakfast in the morning. Good parking and easy access to public transport links and the Trafford Centre.
Stayed one night mid-week after visiting Trafford centre. It was ideal. Clean, modern, QUIET room which is a must for me. Only a short walk to shopping. Limited menu in restaurant and just an ordinary breakfast but would definitely stay again.
