Stayed here back in January for an FA Cup match in Old Trafford. Great proximity to Old Trafford. 3 mins walk from the Metrolink to the hotel, no more than 10 mins walk to Old trafford. Staff were friendly and efficient on check in. The room was clean and overlooked the car park and street outside. The foyer area trebled... More

Good location, staff very friendly, great place to stay for 1-2 nights if you visit that area. The breakfast was good but not so diversified. Clean rooms and all services they are trying to take it to the best level. Needs improves but in a small measure

Unless you are a lover of rodents, do not stay here. We were a party of 16 booked in for 2nights. Imagine our horror on arrival at spotting a mouse running around the public area next to where breakfast was to be served. Throughout the evening "Mickey" frolicked around and was eventually joined by a second pal. As the two... More

The staff were very accommodating and would help any issue I had. The breakfast was disappointing with a very small continental breakfast. Bed was very comfy and the room had sky TV which was excellent. Great bathroom facilities with good powerful shower. Location was excellent. Great value for money. Would recommend

We stayed here at the Old Trafford Lodge in September and had a great visit. Rooms were clean, slightly small but had an amazing view over the cricket ground. Was about 15 minutes from Salford and 10 from Old Trafford so was ideal. Would totally recommend it.

great view of the cricket ground, comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Room could do with being updated a bit and bathroom is quite small with only a shower and no bath. Food and drink at the lodge is expensive. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Came here as a group of 8, arrived a few hours before check in was allowed but all our details were taken, and our bags were labelled and moved to a side room for us. We then stayed in the bar area until we was allowed to check in, the room had a great view of the cricket pitch, and... More

Stayed for one night for a function at The Pointe. Check in was quick and the staff were nice. The room was small and basic but clean. No room service apart from pizza. Breakfast was also basic on self serve in a small bar area.

“If you are visiting to watch cricket, ask for an executive room facing the ground and as far away from the pavilion as possible. This way, you will get an uninterrupted view of the game. We usually ring well in advance and ask for a twin room, either 16, 15 or 14, on the first floor.”
