From the moment we walked in the building we loved it. The man on the reception desk was very warm and friendly, but without being over the top. The bedroom was modern and clean. Everything we needed.

Good location for Trafford Centre and Bridgewater Garden. Hotel was a little tired on the outside, but clean on the inside and appeared to be going through a period of refurbishment. Food in the restaurant was okay, but the breakfast was very good. Olivia was bright, helpful and attentive. I would happily stay here again

A very nice and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff nice and helpful. During a few days we did not encounter any problem that would not be solved by the staff immediately. I would highly recommend.

Staying tonight 16 May 23. Reception once again friendly and efficient. In room 127. Holes in curtains, ceiling poly filled, not painted, wall poly filled not painted, dust under bed and on skirting, no tea bags or sweetener, but got some from reception This is not the standard I have come to expect at a Premier inn, particularly since the price has risen 30-50% in the last 6 months, so no longer competitive as it was. I stay every month and although staff are brilliant the rooms need upgrading or at least maintaining to a better.standard. Seriously considering alternative hotels in the area

Unable to control room temp and at 26c on room thermostat to hot to sleep so we ended up cancelling plans and left a night earlier than booked. Staff gave us a fan however this isn't great at cooling room down.

Great hotel stay for flying out of Manchester airport the next day. Bought the dinner & breakfast meal deal and really enjoyed the food at both meals. The receptionist was really friendly and gave us a warm welcome.
