Hotel was clean and located close to our needs . Reception staff polite but not overly friendly or informative. They did not tell us restaurant was closing down when we booked . So therefore good choice was minimal , staff numbers were very short so waited 40 mins for a very basic and tasteless meal . Breakfast was better and more choice . Restaurant closes 31 st May so guess no breakfast option after this date .

Great price, clean rooms, friendly staff and only 2 minutes walk from the traffors centre. Some other reviews about noise of traffic from the motorway, but we didnt hear a thing through the 2 sets of double glazing. Will definitely return!!

Do not stay here! Absolutely no reflection to the Premier Inn brand whatsoever, The hotel is filthy, dirty, smelly, noisy, the list is endless... It needs knocking down and building again from scratch. Nothing like the photos advertised. The staff are aware of this and can only apologise, they were the only highlight of this trip. The only downside to this is that you can't even claim for the so called "good night guarantee" as this doesn't fall under their t&C's. Not a happy premier Inn guest.

Very very tired hotel. More like the cheaper brand of well known Travel lodge that you only book out of desperation. Dirty floors. Smelly rooms, sanitise your hands after touching door handles kind of place. Location is spot on and staff were friendly and professional at check in. No one around when we checked out at 3.30am due to noise issues and the smell of stale smoke that just got too unbearable. Such a let down from this otherwise amazing hotel brand we use all the time.

We had a booking at this hotel for Friday June 2nd which was cancelled a couple of days ago by Premier Inn with no explanation given. I can only assume that it was for financial gain as it was booked last August/September for a relatively cheap price of £77. Presumably, because of Artic Monkeys playing that night and a train strike the following day , they decided more money could be made out of the situation. Nevertheless, whatever the reason, to cancel a booking for no reason is unacceptable. We’ve now had to book another hotel at a much higher price.

Our company booked this for alot of staff over 2 weeks. I read the reviews and gave myself 2week of sleepless nights reading all these horrifc stories so Sunday came I arrived at 11am to loads of parking spaces went to work them checked in at 6. Checkin easy had room 48 and my god it was nothing like the reviews. I saw no mould no damp and no stained sheets , I saw 80s tiles handrails and artex ceilings that was as bad as it got . All the stress for nothing !!!! The cleaning man was polite and held the door everytime I walked by . The staff were ok and the pub was fine for breakfast with a good variety. It's a typical Premier Inn but very old . 3 others from my company all in 3 different rooms dreaded walking in and the found the same as me absolutely no problems . Would I use my own money to book again yes if the price was right . 2min walk into trafford. The carpark is rough with potholes everywhere what could be very dangerous walking at night as the holes were so bad . I wouldn't be put off by these reviews like I was . It's clean but dated !!!!

This is the worst PI we have ever stayed in. Filthy dirty with smelly rooms. We checked out at 3.30am after noise and smell just got too much. We went to complain at 3am but no staff on desk. But at least we had a good meal before at Wagamama.

I have stayed at a nearby premier Inn previously and decided to try this one as I was visiting family in the local area. The location is ideal and access to the lovely Trafford Centre is a massive plus!! The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was spacious and pretty clean and at least the window opened so you could get some real fresh air, unlike some of the premier inns that have so called air conditioning and locked windows! The only problem I encountered was not really the fault of premier inn but I think it could be made much clearer with better signage, was the filthy smokers who despite having an area dedicated to their disgusting habit, insisted on standing under the entrance right by the door to the premier Inn reception. They seemed to have come out of the attached Brewers Fayre so seemed to think it acceptable to stand and poison the air for everyone else. I did mention it to reception who said they do tell them when they see them there. I doubt very much I would stay again at this particular premier Inn due to the fact that nothing is done about smokers standing right in the entrance.

Pretty poor show. Everything about this particular Premier Inn is old and tatty including all décor and bedding. Bathroom extractor fan not working, bathtub badly stained around the plug hole etc. Carpets and furnishings very tired. The place is needing a refit. The carpark is littered with potholes and collapsed drainage. The only good thing was the convenience of the attached Brewers fayre.

This is one of those old, dodgy Premier Inns that feels dated and rough around the edges. It's a complete contrast to the lovely, modern Premier Inn West, which is situated just down the road. Our room overlooked a huge noisy vent on the roof (not an air conditioning vent, as the hotel doesn't have a.c.) which fired up late at night and woke me up. The room felt grubby and dated and didn't seem to be soundproofed like other Premier Inns, as I could hear every little noise from the corridor. Our refreshments tray in the room was also severely lacking - no coffee, just two tea bags and one uht milk to share between us! This is definitely the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in and I couldn't wait to check out.
