The hotel's prime location near the Trafford Centre and accessibility to Manchester Airport is frequently mentioned as a major plus. This hotel is in a fab location for getting out and about whilst in Manchester, only a few minutes drive from the Trafford centre and lots to do for families within a short distance of the hotel. I stayed with my partner and two children (aged 8 & 9) the rooms were nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities provided, also had extra pillows, comfy beds and a fan (which was a good send in the heat). We were checked in by the hotel manager Julian who was fantastic and made time to speak with us about our plans, he also gave us some cold water which was lovely after the long drive. There is sanitiser and air conditioning when you enter the hotel and the other staff working there were really helpful and pleasant, a real credit to the Travelodge brand. We will definitely be staying here again if we visit Manchester in the future.

We stayed here for 1 night 23rd December, 1adult, 2 children. The location is perfect for the Trafford Centre (10 mins walk) and just a couple of minutes to the Chill Factore, Weatherspoons etc. The room was a ground floor, plenty of space for us and not at all noisy. The staff were incredibly welcoming, front desk and the manager were so helpful and friendly. They made the kids especially feel welcome there. The cleaners provided soap as soon as I asked. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on arrival we were greeted by a lovely man named Julian who couldn’t have done more for us and the kids with a very cheery personality making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and provided colouring to keep the kids entertained. Nothing was too much trouble for him providing us with fresh towels and tea and coffee essentials. The room was very clean and smelt fresh also he kept the curtains closed to ensure the heat didn’t get in from a very hot day! We would definitely stay here again one of the best travelodge we have stayed in yet!!

Despite having booked over 3 months ago, when I checked in at around 8pm, I was given an accessible room, as all of the other rooms had been allocated. My booking was for 3 nights, so for 3 nights that room was not available to anyone else that might have needed it, and I had a narrow single bed smaller than their normal bed. These rooms are naturally always by the main door, so there was the banging of doors as people returned back to the hotel. Outside it also seemed an ideal spot for people to stand and smoke, as it was just outside the main reception. The noise of children running up and down the corridor woke me on Sunday just before 6am - as the husband was letting his wife catch up on some "much needed sleep" !

This location is ideal for the new ski centre, but is that little bit further away from the Trafford Centre, so your car would be needed.

This is a really good value hotel and is well placed for the many attractions nearby which are pretty much all within walking distance. It was easy to find from the motorway and there was plenty of parking.

My room was huge and spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. It was very quiet within the hotel and felt very safe. Super friendly staff on both check in and check out.

Whilst there’s nowhere to eat at the hotel, there’s a Wetherspoons just across the road for dinner, plenty of options in the Trafford Centre too, and you can call around the corner to the Table Table restaurant at the Premier Inn for breakfast.

Minor niggle was connecting to the wi-fi but it was sorted quickly and without a fuss. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was in the area.

A friend and I had a 2 night stay, whilst we were up north to watch Plymouth Argyle and Manchester City’s respective matches. I accompanied my friend at late notice and the hotel were very accommodating in allowing us a spacious room with the double bed and a single bed added alongside it. The staff were very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The temperature in the room was nice and everything worked well. It was a very pleasant stay!

Stayed at this travelodge for a couple of nights while on a weekend in Manchester. The hotel was easy to find, just off the M60, with plenty of parking and welcoming reception staff. 3 adults were staying in a standard room with lots of space for a double and 2 single beds. The room was warm and clean, with usual travelodge standards. The Trafford Centre was a five minute walk, with great links to the city centre. Also, the Wetherspoons across the road was a good shout after a 5 hour drive! Would stay again 👍

We stayed at this hotel recently and find it to be in a really great location just off the M60, close to the Trafford Centre and only a short journey of 15 to 20 mins to Manchester City centre.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs the best they could.

Overall, a really nice start and weekend.

Well, what can I say, I have stayed at the hotel for one night and I have two more nights there and they have looked after me like you wouldn't believe, nothing is too much trouble, the rooms are spotlessly clean, when I entered the room it smelt fresh and was so warm, they had put the heating on for my arrival which was so comforting after working on a Construction site all day. Maybe I shouldn't mention names but I am, Julian is the most accommodating host and he is certainly made for the role he has, I hope people will start to venture out after the lockdown because the hotel is in prime position for everything you will ever need. I can see another review will happen when I leave, how strange I feel like they are my family already. Thank you so much

Service was excellent. Travelodge member Al at the front desk made the check in quick and prompt and assisted with a fan for the room quickly upon requesting it.
Hotel room was clean and presentable. .
