The Radisson Narita is not located in Narita town but in an isolated area called Tomisato.
In fact by bus you need at least thirty minutes to go to Narita town and fortyfive minutes to go to the Aeon Mall( bus schedule hotel-Narita Town-Aeon Mall)...More

We stayed here for one night. There was free shuttle bus service between Narita airport and the hotel (the bus stop was No.33, which was just only 2~3 minutes walk from the arrival floor of the terminal), which was very convenient for travelers.

I can't remember the exact number, but come out of the termanl, cross the road to the inner-tear of bus stops and follow it around to the right. I think it's stop 16, but it's marked. All the hotel buses stop these.
