We booked our room last minute with the receptionist Sophia. We stayed 2 days in the normal bungalow and one night in the deluxe bungalow. Both bungalows had a great decoration, have been clean and had a fare price. Thank you espacilly to Sophia who has been a really competent and friendly host. Next to the property you will have a great resturante, a pharmacy, small supermarket. We will come back!!

Absolutely first-class. Just off the southern highway, a small complex with 5 bungalows, 2 apartments, and 1 large room. We had a bungalow very close to the small swimming pool, almost private just for us! Very well appointed bedrooms, shower/toilet, and kitchen, with a covered outside terrace. Set among exotic trees and plants, woken by howler monkeys and swarms of crickets. There is a delicatessen on site, a French-style restaurant, a Belgian beer cafe, and a small clothes boutique. 2 minutes walk away is a French cafe/patisserie, Pancito Cafe, where we had breakfast each of the 3 mornings. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was very good. We extended from 2 to 3 nights, and were very reluctant to leave!

We stayed for 6 nights with our two children (14 and 10). The cabin is just delightful with a lovely open air terrace with lounge and dining (net curtains to keep the bugs out), a small but well stocked kitchen, which was great for lazy breakfasts, and a bright and fresh shower room downstairs. Upstairs is a bright airy bedroom (two doubles) with great AC. All the little decorative touches is what makes the cabins to special - just love them. The pool area is lovely too witb comfortable loungers and so clean. In the Tangara Plaza onsite you have a deli, beer bar, restaurant, spa, cocktail bar and pharmacy, plus lots of other nearby restaurants. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I'm so thrilled I stumbled upon this little gem!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The staff came to check if we needed anything after we checked in. even though it was raining very hard. The rooms are neat, clean, and well decorated. The landscaping is amazing. You feel like you're in the jungle, but you're only steps from a refreshing swimming pool. The sound of the river running is so peaceful, you'll want to stay out on the open deck all the time, but there's a wonderful air conditioner that tempts you to stay in an hr. or so to watch cable TV or just enjoy the atmosphere right outside the huge windows in the bedroom! I highly recommend this place!

We loved that we had our own little cottage. However, the downstairs being open (you lock the door on the inside as you go upstairs to your room) made it so that we couldn't leave much of our luggage downstairs and was a little inconvenient, but the place is beautiful and very clean, tastefully decorated, and has everything you need. DON"T drink the water... we filled up all our water bottles here and found out down the road that the water is very heavily chlorinated, so much so it was making us feel ill. Also, the parking is very tight, and at night the area is super loud. If you like the bustle of town, this would be fine. The beds are comfy.

Very friendly staff and very helpful with any questions. The manager had to cut locks off my suitcase as I had left my suitcase keys at the last hotel which was 5 hour drive away. It was nice to get my bathing suit on and jump in the pool. Very quiet and peaceful setting.

Our stay in our rustic cabin was spectacular, the room was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The steep stairs to the bedroom might be a deterrent for some but we had no trouble at all. The small dining area is perfect for a relaxing time contemplating the jungle. The pool area is very well kept, also really apt for reading a book, taking a nap or having a calm moment in the pool. In terms of location of the hotel is very eel situated, close to many restaurants, a small supermarket and within walking distance of Pancito Café, a very good place to have breakfast or a sandwich. The hotel has parking, they take all credit cards and has free wifi. The have their own high cuisine restaurant within walking distance, 300 meters away.

We just booked a night but really regret it. It is a wonderful place, really nice and friendly staff. They even helped us to get our bags into our villa. The villas are really confortable and fully equipped, you couldn't ask for more. We'll absolutely come back!
