I could condense my description of Hotel Three Sixty down to a few choice words: breathtaking natural beauty, elegance without pretension, and serenity without dullness, but that would omit a key component – the staff. I read the hotel reviews before booking and almost without exception all raved about the staff. Sure, it’s hard not to like someone who brings you a cold glass of water with a slice of lemon when you sit down by the pool, hands you an umbrella when needed, arranges transportation and day trips, or schedules an early breakfast for you before a day trip. But after having been there I now understand that it’s much more than that. They provide a welcoming atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Kudos to the staff – you are amazing. Watching the parrots and toucans from my personal balcony in the morning as I sipped the Costa Rican coffee prepared in my personal espresso machine set the tone for each day. Having traveled the world extensively, there are very few places I would return to, but this is definitely one of them. …

I recently took my partner to Hotel Three Sixty and it completely blew us away. The location is at the top of a hill overlooking beauty in every direction, jungle views, ocean views, mountain views, this place has it all! The flora and fauna that are surrounding the hotel are full of interest with monkeys, toucans, and exotic tropical flowers, there’s something amazing everywhere you look! The rooms are very secluded and private, it truly feels like a personal oasis which is exactly what my partner and I were looking for. The whole hotel seems choreographed the way they can anticipate your needs, it’s actually quite incredible to experience. The service was next level with some of the best hotel staff we have seen. The drinks and food are incredible and I’m a little bummed I didn’t book a longer trip to try more of the menu because everything we ordered was top notch. If you’re looking to go to Costa Rica and indulge in something you cannot experience anywhere else, then I cannot recommend Hotel Three Sixty enough, you just won’t find this quality of experience and luxury anywhere else. My partner and I are more than eager to visit again because although we took advantage of the tours, the pool, the yoga deck, the gym, and the restaurant, there was still so much more to see and the whole experience and unmatched!…

I have no words to express the kindness and hospitality of this hotel staff. We arrived without a reservation we were traveling south and decided to find a place to spend the night but when we arrived we knew that was the place we wanted to stay for the rest of our trip. The entire staff were so welcoming they showed us around the property and the different rooms we decided to pamper ourselves so we picked the sunset view suite with an spectacular 180°degree view of the Pacific Ocean. Jairo at the bar was so attentive he took such a good care of us. I had a minor dental surgery and still in a lot of pain and Jairo was constantly checking on me and making sure l had enough ice to keep myself cool. We arrived pretty hungry and our first meal was just out of this world the best food we had throughout our entire trip. Needless to say the food was fresh, local and tasty and every dish was delicately put together, a mixture of taste and texture with the great local flavor. Every morning Jairo delight us with a fruit smoothie and a fruit platter of locally picked fruit so fresh and so perfectly cut up and arranged. The drinks were great and they offered a pretty good list of creative cocktails. The entire place is like walking into a dream the hotel is set up on cliff with 360°views and therefore the name of the hotel. The construction is impressive how they managed to build such an amazing structure up on that cliff is a product of great vision and engineering. The quality of the infrastructure, the spacious rooms, the staff and the amenities makes this hotel an outstanding stay. We were so blessed to have found this place. We can't wait to come back.…

Me and my friend stayed at Hotel Three Sixty at the end of July to the beginning of August. The Hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms are individual villas that allow for privacy and they have a large windows that lead to a balcony which provides a great. In addition to the great rooms, the staff is also very friendly and are happy to help with anything you need. They helped us with reservations for resturaunts we wanted to eat at, booked ziplining, mangrove, and horse back riding tours for us, and made the trip so easy and stress free. Shout out to Annette, Dianne, and the rest the staff for helping us have such a great time.

My wife and I just wrapped up our honeymoon, where we spent the entirety of our six day trip staying at Hotel Three Sixty. Our consensus is that we could not have set our expectations any HIGHER. Not only will you be blown away by the beauty of the resort, the incredible views, surrounding region, and the infinite number of activities/excursions you can do within a short distance, but the staff at H360 will knock your socks off. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty - the staff continued to anticipate our every need, remembered and fulfilled any request we had, we’re so delightful to talk to (we feel like we became best friends with every employees), and they adapted their menus, schedules, and ways of doing things to accommodate us. Some shoutouts… Diana and Elias will find a way to make ANYTHING possible, Javier will be ready to give you a ride somewhere before you even ask, Jairo and Annette are the most fun people to talk to while you’re eating a meal or having a drink, Kenneth will bring the energy and smile every time, Berny will get you to and from the airport like nobody’s business, and Ronald will give you the greatest excursion advice (he convinced us to go paragliding and it was the highlight of our trip). Goodbye hugs weren’t easy:’( Also, expect INCREDIBLE food and drinks. You’ll immediately notice how fresh everything is. The chef brings a really unique twist to a lot of dishes you’re familiar with (and dishes we’d never tried). And you’ll never be disappointed with the portion sizes. And when it comes to scheduling excursions/activities, have no fear - H360 will do all of the leg work for you. And they connected us with the most amazing guides for different activities (surfing, Corcovado National park, paragliding, etc.). All we had to do was pay at the end. The hotel experience was drastically better than any large resort experience I’ve ever had. Bigger rooms (you have your own bungalow), way less crowded, and overall so much more personal than anything we’ve ever experienced. We were so sad to leave and are already planning when we can come back for an anniversary!!!…

This was an unforgettable vacation and a good deal of it was thanks to our stay at Hotel Three Sixty. First time in Costa Rica and it was amazing, the hotel was wonderful and extremely accommodating, the people and staff were the best part and that says a lot when the stay, location food and rooms were phenomenal. Recent Anniversary trip with my wife was amazing! We loved the quietness, the views, the food! And the staff was amazing, from the moment Kevin picked us up at the airport, we were treated fantastic. The Chef is great, and he prepared a special meal for us on our last night. You won't find a better pool and view anywhere. We'll be back.
