We rented a cottage here with some friends for a weekend. Great price but we probably should have checked it out in person before renting. Large place but very run down. Outside looked like it was falling apart. Inside carpets were soiled and dirty - definitely wouldn't walk around in bare feet or even sit on the carpet. Only 2... More

This is a very unusual review for our resort. All of our chalets are regularily renovated with new carpets, paint, etc. We have a very high customer satisfaction rate and this review is not indicative of the customers that stay with us. We have charged some groups lately related to damages and I beleive this review relates to them getting... More

I had a bachelor party at Tyrolean Village and rented one of their chalets. Tyrolean Village breached their contract to charge me several hundred dollars out of my security deposit. They made profit on this charge. When I questioned this fine and asked why they were making so much profit I was insulted on multiple occasions by one of their... More

This group rented our 9 bedroom executive chalet with an outdoor hot tub. Upon check out we asked them how they enjoyed their stay and they informed us that they had an excellent time. The next day though our cleaning staff went to clean the chalet and discovered that somebody in the group had taken the fire extinguisher and discharged... More

Well. How do we start. On the first night in the Chalet we saw 2 mice. We trapped them, walked them into the woods and released them. The next night it was like the "mouse dam" wall collapsed and 10+ mice were running around the chalet. We trapped as many as possible under pots and pans and called Tyrolean Village... More

Management response:

As the Owner of the resort I feel I must respond to these outrageous claims by this customer. On the second night of the rental the customer called me at 1:30 am in the morning and told me that he had an emergency in the chalet, that there were 20 mice running around and demanded that I come immediately to... I was warned by 2 different coworkers when I booked that Tyrolean would put extra charges on my credit card after I left, so they seem to have a reputation for this. I took precautions and took photos of the entire place when I arrived and and again just before we left. The place was in exactly the same state.... More

Together with about 18 guys we rented one of the bigger chalets for a weekend of skiing and fun at Blue. Tyrolean Village couldn't have been a more perfect spot...probably why people I know have been going there for years. It's super close to the slopes and a short walk to the village where there's always something going on. The... More

This was our second stay at the Tyrolean Village. We like to go in the off season as we do not ski, but really enjoy the areas attractions (waterfalls, scenery etc.) The people at the Tyrolean Village are friendly and helpful. The cottages are also fantastic, clean with all the amenities that you would need for a weekend/week or even... More

Upon arrival the chalet was very clean and well kept. Other than a few minor upkeep issues it proved to be a perfect getaway weekend. All together there were 10 men and all slept comfortably. The kitchen area although a little small for a chlaet of this size was well equipped and organized. The two main gathering areas were the... More
