Boutique hotel. 8 floors only. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the main road. Room was very comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet. Beds were very comfortable too with adequate lighting. Bathroom was very clean. The wash basin tap was a unique design. At first glance it looked like part of the tap was missing. Only issue was the lack of a shower curtain. The bathroom was very wet after showers. The hotel does not provide breakfast but this is really not an issue since the hotel is just a few minutes away from 'Little India'. There are numerous budget friendly restaurants along both sides of the main street. There is also a Thai food outlet attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel located at the end of little India Street. Shopping area - busy and noisy during the day but is quiet at night, like this place. Excellent service and the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They provided us with detail information on places of interests. The room clean and comfortable. Next visit will stay this hotel again.

The location is a little off but this hotel is definitely value for money if you are a backpacker or looking for a decent budget hotel! I tried a few other hotels around the area with the same budget and Lax Boutique has yet to disappoint.

This hotel is situated in Indian business street..the room is good..but abit smelly on the first day..easy access for indian products & food 🥘..there is a temple nearby the hotel. My suggestion to the hotel, provide simple complimentary breakfast for your guests. Otherwise “ok” to stay.

I do believe you should evaluate everything for what you pay for and for what was paid for this hotel I think this hotel is very good. There are certain quirks the hotel should look into but overall good value for money. The basics which are what I expect makes it value for money. Clean. Descent space. I stayed here for a night stay so I can make an early appointment in klang so it was great. If your staying here avoid the side facing the Indian shopping street. During the day there is loud music. The hotel also doesn't provide aircon remote. As a customer I would like to choose the temperature settings of my room. The pillow also was very uncomfortable.

I stayed 1 night in Klang because I want to eat bak kut teh. It's a new hotel in Indian area. We checked in at midnight. There was no other guest, so check in was fast. Checking out was slower. Since I suspected we were the only guest at the time, so staff was nowhere to be seen. We checked out in the morning, nobody was at the front desk. Security told us she's in the toilet. She had to get house keeping checked the rooms before returning our deposit, so we waited again for the house keeping to come and get the key card from the front desk before going up to check on rooms. Rooms are decent size. Mine didn't hv window at all, don't really like it. Felt confined since I usually woke up with morning light. Bed was firm, 4 pillows and thick comforter. There're safety box, mini fridge, wardrobe for use. Bathroom was adequate. Shower area was partition by glass wall only halfway, so water splashed to the outside. There's only rain shower, so you can't really position the shower head. Fast internet in rooms. Good location in Indian area, you can shop around for Indian clothes and food. Good value for money. Overall an ok hotel for Klang.…

Very nice and approachable staff. The room is nice and comfortable bed. I like the bathroom, its arrangement and big shower, and no foul odor, meaning clean to the eyes and nose. One thing i like most is the floor, i could stretched my legs on it without fear of bugs or anything that could make me sneeze . Very clean. And Lax is near a Catholic church and to the other side mosque , garden, clinic, and stores too. People around Lax so polite.
