Stayed there for work for over 2 weeks. Smallest room I have ever had. No hot water available to shave in basin only cold. No restaurant on site only small café. Service with a smile is non existent. No access to a pool. 2 x lifts to get to your room.

My family and i love coming to this hotel. The food was amazing and all staffs behaviour is very good and great personality and the house keeping team is very helpful specially Ramratan San san and manish is very kind.i recommend this hotel back again.

I stayed 5 nights at Canvas Hotel and was here for business trip. Location is good as there is a mall opposite the hotel within walking distance which is good for a short staycation stay. For business traveller, this hotel has a very big shortfall which is the internet connection. Not too sure in the day time as I am out for work but the breaking / lagging during the night time is affecting my work as well as my connection with my family abroad. I have to call the front desk a few times per night to rectify it. It work well for a while and start breaking up again. Quite pissing !!! Not too sure if I will choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Very nice boutique hotel around Klang Bukit Tinggi area. Lobby smells good, and the toiletries smells awesome as well. Greeted politely by the front desk. Room is clean and price is appropriate for the room. Will definitely return. Hopefully the standard will maintain.

Very good hotel in a convenient location opposite the Aeon shopping mall and local eating places. Also, bus stop for the airport bus is directly opposite the hotel. The hotel decor is very modern and fashionable. The bathroom in particular were very good... We especially enjoyed using the showers.

I wasn't sure about The Canvas Hotel when I booked it online. I was looking for location convenience in what many an international traveller would call an out-of-the way place. But I got more than I had bargained. It is adjoins AEON shopping mall in Bukit Tinggi by a overhead walkbridge that leads you right into the mall's shops and eateries. But the hotel itself is beautiful, full of charm. And it's so clean. The hotel staff were excellent, including sales manager Rachel, who greeted upon arrival and took brief leave of her meeting to see me off on my departure. The reception staff were wonderful with friendliness and assistance, always with smiles. And security chap Bimal was ever so friendly and helpful. Best of all, all spoke English rather well (phew!). The room I had was good enough for one person and was spotless. So was the bathroom. Not a fault. The cleaner/s does/do an incredibly good job. All should be given pay rises. I couldn't find a fault for the hotel. I have two minor issues, however: (1) the air-conditioning into the room is too loud and creates for sleeplessness (management should seriously look into this for the sake of guests' rest needs, and (2) I wish guests (locals) will learn common-sense and manners and apply them in not talking loudly in the corridor at any time of the day and not slam the room doors shut. Can't be too hard, surely! Regardless, I shall stay again and again at The Canvas Hotel any time I am in that part of the world.…

The place is artistically designed. They have this strong fragrant smell as soon as you enter the hotel. Whole place is well kept clean. Staffs are very friendly. Room is quite small but is very comfortable and clean. We had a problem with their automatic door as it doesn't detect when it's closed so always took me long time in closing it as it will continuously make alarm sound. Aircon got spoilt in the middle of the night but the engineer manage to settle it very fast. And my favorite here is the location as it is very convenient especially for tourists like us. It's opposite the Aeon mall which is link by an overpass. And there is a bus service just right opposite the hotel going directly to the KLIA Airport 1 and 2. We will certainly come back here to stay again.

New budget hotel opposite Aeon Bukit Tinggi. Good location. Small but clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Good shower pressure. It is a budget hotel so eventhough the air-conditioner is new, it can be noisy due to lower cost inverter systems. Apart from that, all is fine. There is no cafe in the hotel but there are plenty surrounding the hotel. For short business trips, a good place to stay. Transport options are plenty. Many Grab cars and airport bus from KLIA to Aeon Bukit Tinggi. A good clean new budget hotel in Klang.

It’s a simple issue: no hairdryer. It’s near midnight, we came back to our hotel and found no hairdryer. Made a call to receptionist and he replied will check with housekeeper (although he said it’s closed) and come back to me. Waited in my room for a good 20mins, no return call and so made another call to him, he replied we will send the hairdryer by tomorrow morning. Are you kidding. We had a little argument, he still didn’t aplogize and acknowledge it’s the hotel mistake. To me, this is a bad CS. So to ensure he make the call to housekeeping guy, I stay at the lobby until he decided to call the security guard up, and still not looking for a solution. All he’s been saying it’s not his fault, but dude, aren’t you the canvas representative. I did suggested can we get the hairdryer from empty room, and he said its full house (I have not seen people going in and out frequently but maybe I’m wrong because it’s almost midnight, wait - I didn’t even see many visitors in the evening too) Oh my, horrible, horrible, horrible! 11.30pm, 4th May 2019 - Thank God I have friends in Klang and found one.…
