The Wyndham Acmar Hotel located in Bukit Raja / Bandar Baru Klang. The hotel is opposite AEON Bandar Baru Klang.
The hotel for check in and check out is smooth without any problem. The room is big and clean, bed and pillows are comfortable, the Wi-Fi is working fine but the centralise air cond will take sometime to cold. The water pressure for shower and basin is strong. The room only provide a small bottle of Body Wash, a small bottle of hair shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner, which is enough for two persons to use for shower.
The hotel has provide free parking for their hotel guess which is very good.
I would stay again if the room rate is reasonable.

I had a wonderful time at Wyndham Acmar Klang! The hotel’s modern decor and beautiful lobby set a great first impression. My room was immaculate, featuring comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff truly made the experience memorable—they were attentive, friendly, and always eager to help. A big thanks to En. Ammar Shahril as Guest Service Manager. He was the staff who served so nicely.
I was particularly impressed with the breakfast buffet, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes.
The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas, so getting around was a breeze. Overall, I highly recommend the Wyndham Acmar Klang for anyone seeking quality and comfort—it exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to my next visit!

The hotel located near to AEON Bandar Baru Klang. The check in and check out is fast. The room is cleaned, the Aircond is cold, the bed and pillow are comfortable. But the hotel only provide 1 piece of Shower Gel, 1 piece iof Hair Shampoo and 1 piece of Lotion for two persons stay. It is not enough to share by two persons. The hotel provide the room slippers is so thin like a piece of paper, this has drop the hotel image for 5 Stars Standard.
The buffet breakfast in the hotel have many various choice but the taste of the food need to improve. I will recommend this hotel to my friend and relative to stay if the price is affordable.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. This not a 5 star hotel, it’s should be called a motel and even that would be an insult to other hotels. The staff were incompetent and unhelpful, the room was filthy, there were even cockroaches crawling around it was disgusting. They serve guest with torn and tattered towels. There was no minibar. The rooms are not sound proofed and the guests decorum in the hotel was just as bad as the stuff. The food they served at breakfast was appalling, looked like it had been recycled, the juice was literally in watered down. The plate were dirty as well. If they had pests crawling around the rooms I only wondered what the level of cleanliness was in the kitchen and food areas. I opted to have my meals ant another hotel and this was very inconvenient. All the things you would expect from a 5 star hotel were just not present. I had to email 4 times to get a response about anything prior to my stay. While I was there the reception and concierge desks were often unattended and when they were the staff were confused and did not know how to respond to my requests or asked irrelevant questions. waste of money would not recommend anyone to stay here even if they are desperate!

Good: 1. Comfortable 2. Equipment and appliance all good including the environment.
Bad: 1. Not clean, hair on chairs.. yellow growth in bathing area (poor housekeeping) 2. Service Desk who checked us in looks like I owe him RM 1 million. 3. Called room service many times, no pick up Once picked up background was noisy and he hanged up, after that I called back and NO pick up until much much much later. 4. Dishonest. Bed was supposed to be King Size BUT was actually 2 single bed combined together. Sleep centre not comfortable.. forced to sleep one 1 side. No.longer function like King Size.
Conclusion: Not recommended on this hotel though it looks good, ot feels good, but it fails my NOT so rigid criteria for hotel excellence.

I can forgive the bad and unappetizing breakfast spread but the restaurant manager was less than accomodating.
Overall, the stay was good. We had booked an event on one of the meeting rooms and was offered breakfast at both places. The dining experience was very bad though. Not only is the food not up to par for the price but the manager was also very unaccomodating when we asked for just a slight intake of sambal for one of our meeting member who came over from overseas. It seems that they are very strict with their SOP and are not flexible at all for the benefit of customer experience.

Our recent company workshop on 20-22 Jan 25 at the wyndham hotel was a successful, thanks to the exceptional service and seamless execution by the event team especially to Pn sharifah, Mr Amar ( front office- assist for smooth check in) and all related team members. The venue was perfectly suited to our needs, with spacious meeting rooms, excellent A/V capabilities, and a beautiful ballroom for the my event. Also thanks to Mr. Meor, Ms Wahidah n Mr elias, Mr Rajak n Mr Adam (the banquet & housekeeping team) for the best setup for my event. The catering was outstanding, with a diverse menu that catered to all dietary requirements, and the staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to every request. We particularly appreciated the proactive approach in managing logistics, ensuring a smooth flow throughout the event. Overall, we highly recommend Wyndham Hotel for any large-scale business event See u for the next event!

1st time stay here. Everything is good. First impression when enter the lobby is wow! I book room with pool view but I did not get it. It’s okay since my room is bigger & clean. Will repeat again! Got mall near the hotel. It’s bonus staying here. Parking is free but you have touch your card at entrance

Great stay, all staff are friendly. Only shower heads need to be careful, management need to change it to lower handle. It dropped a few times after it slipped off from the rubber. Jus advice, may cause injury to others. Overall, hotel is superb clean and nice to stay. Breakfast is good enough. We will repeat our stay if we have function somewhere there.

Booked for 2 nights for our wedding event & the hotel staffs were very friendly & attentive. A huge thanks to Ammar and Shafiq for the amazing service, they even gave us a complimentary cake as a gift 🥹 They were so nice and welcoming.
We even requested for housekeeping to be done before 2pm as we would be back to take photos after the nikah, they followed exactly with no hiccups ❤️
The room itself was spacious & clean, definitely gave us a good rest after all the wedding parties. We are excited to be coming back again soon, thank you Wyndham team for making our stay so great ❤️
