this is superb hotel that i never check in in other hotels..so good and this hotel is 5 stars..the rooms and the bathroom so cleaning..in many place in this hotel that i very like it is the pool..the pool very awesome..

Very nice hotel. Rooms are equipped, clean and nice. The staff is warm and hospitalized.The food served is delicious.The view is wonderful. There are big gym and swimming pool , however unfortunately due to the pandemic were closed.

This hotel is located at the main road so that it is easily accessible. Comfortable room and fully carpeted floor, with usual hotel amenities. A few conveniences stores within walking distance and also some eateries too which offer plenty of food should you decides not to dine at the hotel's restaurant and of course so many other seafood restaurants within 10 km drive from the hotel for you to choose from.

An old hotel but well maintained. Room is decent and clean. Beds n pillows very comfortable. Air conditioning good. Water pressure good. I wish they provide mobile shower head. Basement parking not well maintained but outside ample parking lots. Good customer service. Like the strict security at the entrance for covid compliance.

Decide to stay 3 nights in this hotel as it was on a very good offer. The hotel is old but I was satisfied with the room size and the bed was comfortable. Most important was the cleanliness of the room. The amenities provided was satisfactory with flat screen tv, kettle, drinking water, tea & coffee provide free. The room had a bath tub and the shower was good. The main problem I had was the high noise level due to bad insulation of the room which came from the near-by main road and noises from other rooms could be heard as well. Even though we had 4 choices for breakfast, food was not tasty. It is unlikely I will stay here again mainly due to noise level. For those who is a light sleeper, please avoid this hotel.

Ok hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. Breakfast so-so and no real coffee available, only powder. Be aware that the ninth floor is the only non-smoking floor! Sleeping on Friday and Saturday night is hard due to loud (illegal) motorcycle racing ongoing on the road next to the hotel, typically 1-4am.

Went to Klang with my daughter for a on the job training and they put us up at the Crystal Crown. It was good. Room was comfortable, clean. Housekeeping does a good job for the duration we were there. Newspaper provided everyday as well. Room service menu limited and pricey. Buffet breakfast was provided with different varieties of most things daily. Not much in terms of food choices outside. There's an Indian Muslim restaurant nearby as well as a mini market and a 7-11 just round the corner. Some hotel staff should smile back when a smile is offered.

Highly recommended for tourist because the price affordable. Nice view around the hotel. The nearest distance in between hotel to Tanjung Harapan. Especially Medan Ikan Bakar Tanjung Harapan. Easy to find food at midnight.
