Had the nicest and most accommodating staff I've ever seen with the yummiest food I've had at a hotel stay. The food was just so so good. It was my first time trying crab sashimi, but I'm now a huge fan and it honestly shook my resolve of my preference for oysters to crab. The tajima beef was also delicious...

I visited this hotel with six friends and had a blast. Granted, we were only there for a day and a half, but still...wow! Upon arriving, there was staff awaiting us at the doors. Our check-in time was actually at 3:00pm and we arrived at about 12. However, we were allowed to leave our luggage and roam KInosaki Onsen Town...

This hotel was nice and comfortable with big rooms. The staff are very sweet and greet you and give you tea and a snack, and the lady even showed me how to wear the yukata. They gave me a umepa pass to enjoy the 7 onsens for free. You should wear the yukata while you go out. They give you...

Stayed for 1 night at this hotel in Nov 2016. The hotel is not luxurious but very comfortable and cosy. It is clean, spacious and is located at the beginning of the Kinosaki Onsen Street. So it's easy to walk down the street to enjoy the 7 onsens. This hotel gives free pass to enter the other 7 onsens during...

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. If you've never experienced an onsen, kinosaki is a beautiful place to start. The town is small, friendly and everything is easily accessible. The staff were so friendly at this ryokan although they speak almost no english. The room is large and comfortable. The food is delicious! The meals were served...

The room was large and comfortable. Dinner with tajima beef and crab was fantastic. The breakfast was also top quality. Dinner and breakfast were served in the room. The staff spoke almost no English, we speak no Japanese, but we managed to communicate a lot. The floor staff was incredibly helpful. We got a free pass for all seven public...

Kinosaki onsen is a lovely onsen town. I highly recommend staying one or two nights to enjoy the town, the great food, its people and, specially, its bath houses. I stayed at Higashiyamaso Hotel for one night. The room was very big, comfortable, clean and nice. Kinosaki onsen is a small town so the location is not an issue since...

This ryokan is at one end of the main street, hence it is very near the train stop. You can walk to (back) from the train station in less than 10 minutes. It is nary a 2 min walk to the nearest onsen, and the same to a family mart. The room has a homely feel, especially more so with...

Kinosaki is charming. Even more so during the Cherry blossom season! This onsen was wonderful. Great service, wonderful food, and the staff are very sweet. The only problem was almost zero English spoken by anyone working there. Luckily my travel partner spoke some Japanese. Conveniently located. Love the traditional Japanese rooms. The bed mattresses were very comfortable and I slept...

We took a direct Zentan bus from Osaka to Kinosaki onsen village ( 3.5hrs journey) for cherry blossom and stayed 3 nights at this ryokan with family and friends. We had our breakfast and dinner in another room beside us which was catered for our group of 6 adults + 1 baby and all of us really enjoyed the food...
