This was my 4th stay in this hotel - I stayed here for a week on this occasion. The staff are always very friendly and greet you with a smile and the ever refreshing standard Japanese hospitality. I was here with a local company that I work with and am fortunate that they can translate as the staff are not familiar with English speaking guests as it is normally booked by native folks. The rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel and are always spotless and clean, the rooms are made up and cleaned every day and thoroughly. My normal room 208 is facing the ocean so the view although relatively industrial is of the water with a view towards Shirahama. I am a filthy smoker so the option of a smoking room is a plus as it is in most hotels still in Japan. Working the TV remote and aircon there is a bit of guess work involved unless you can read Japanese, I cant speak highly enough of this place and always enjoy staying here a couple of times a year when I am in town More
