Stayed for a few nights for business. Room was clean and plain. I didn't like that the hall lights were on motion sensors; it was very dark until you got to the right spot. Stairwells were also dark so I took the elevator even if I only needed to go one floor. Breakfast was not good. Pastries and eggs were gross. I stuck with cereal and coffee. Wifi was not strong enough to stream in the room I was in.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful! The WiFi and facilities were great and the location is nice and central! Thank you for the great hospitality! Grasi and Paulo were the staff that were especially great! Thanks again!
Went there just for ine night. It hsould be and apartment building now converted to hotel. Rooms not so big, with good TV (No HD) and a very noise fridge. I had to unlugged it in order to sleep. Also noise A/C so go in winter. Bathroom reasonable, although very old in shape, design and amenities. Price is very high compared to what na IBIS can offer. The only better aspect is the breakfast.
Nothing special. The usual fare for the business traveler who doesn't need frills and special care. Pretty good cabled and wifi internet connection. Breakfast quite good (common in Brazil). Cannot remember how was the choice of meals (I had just a sandwich one night). Ok...
Spacious and well-kept rooms (the hotel is not old but also not brand new), and quiet, despite being right in front of the city's main street. Breakfast is good (not lavish, but good), staff is nice, polite and competent (but sometimes not that warm) and price is reasonable. There are not many amenities but it works just fine for business or a short vacation. Very good downtown location. There might be other good options for a cheaper price, but this one is still worth it.
This hotel is supposed to be the "best in town". It feels like sleeping in a hospital, one badly put together. Rooms are below avergae and not up to the standards of a 4* business hotel, mine was very big with just a bad small double bed and itchy bedsheets and a non working tv Breakfast is mediocre. The overall experience was really gloomy, thanksfull the staff are nice which does help a little.
