Hotel novíssimo, bonito, legal. Porém um hotel desse nível não ter ducha higiênica nos banheiros, não condiz com o tarifário e o restante da estrutura oferecida. Levei um cliente junto que também me fez a mesma observação. Precisam rever esse detalhe, restante Ok.

A recepção é bem bacana é o hotel super novo, mas não sabia que Hilton ou Intercity tinham uma rede econômica como esta, foi uma grande decepção. O quarto é minúsculo, não tem espaço para 1 pessoa e 1 mala, mesmo sendo mala pequena. Para 2 pessoas nem pensar! Não tem room service e comida só congelada! Não recomendo este, tem vários hotéis em Criciúma com muito espaço e que não cobram tanto a mais que o Tru.
