Stayed for one night as a birthday suprise. Loved every second of it and didn't want to leave! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Stirling suite which had a very big balcony with table and chairs to relax on and survey my Kingdom! ( 😂 ) Stayed on a Sunday, so missed out on dinner as... More

My partner and I visited Bath Castle Lodge this lunchtime as I'd been desperate to come in for so long. The amount of times driven past and finally I got to go in and do one of my favourite things, which is enjoying a cream tea. The weather is beautiful today and we have our friends lovely gentle dog to... More

Well how surprising. This couple took advantage of our lovely grounds by walking their dog without a lead. Unacceptable if you don't know the area you are walking in ! Our goats, chickens and rabbits were frightened half to death when the huge black dog hurtled up to their cage. The gentleman grabbed hold of the rabbit cage because the... More

Had an interesting stay at this hotel. It is very quirky and the building itself is beautiful. Dinner and breakfast was very nice - the kedgeree was fantastic. However a lot of the 'specials' had run out and there was probably only a maximum of 10/12 eating in the restaurant. It wasn't quite the romantic cosy getaway we had hoped... More

We booked at tea for two for my sister in law's seventieth birthday at Bath Lodge Castle through Groupon. The expiry date was the 30th September 2016. Today, 5 September 2016 my sister in law rang to make her booking and was told that they were no longer honouring the Groupon Voucher. My husband and I called across to see... More

There were three of us and we got a suite that had two separate bedrooms and a huge bathroom. There was complimentary chocolates all around the castle! Go help yourself - they taste Super yummy! Dinner at the castle restaurant was lovely too. The ambience and decor is beautiful and we enjoyed the food. Breakfast was included in our package... More

We stayed August bank holiday for two nights. We had the best room in the castle the Windsor. You access the room from the turret up stairs to a lovely bedroom and walk in shower and walk down to the sink and toilet. From the bedroom you access the balcony which is at the top of the castle overlooking the... More

Popped in here when passing for a lunch. The garden would have been a great place to chill but the showers stopped that. A small menu but good home cooking. Rounded off the meal with a cream tea with just baked scones. A relaxing meal in an interesting building. Give it a try, it is probably a place you would... More
