I Stayed at La Vista in February 2014 on the top floor. At that time The Hotel La Vista was not on Bookings.com or Trip Advisor. I recommended to the Hotel Owner to become a Bookings Member to benefit All Travelers to know that such a nice hotel exist here in Canoa. I am happy to see La Vista here...

We've stayed here three times already and we plan on going back. This is the place to stay if you're looking for a comfy, quiet, romantic getaway with a great ocean view. The rooms are nice, breezy, clean, the bathroom has hot water. All rooms have a balcony with a hammock and chairs. No a/c but it isn't needed, a...

I was not expecting top shelf for this hotel due to its location. But decided to try it since I couldn't get in to any of the other hotels. Beds were ok, but definitely should get new pillows, and sheets. Showers were warm, and room was not air conditioned, but the breeze from the ocean kept it reasonably cool. Was...

It depends on your expectations. My husband and I loved La Vista. It was on the main drag, we had a hammock on our balcony overlooking the beach, it was clean, safe, and the staff were friendly. It didn't have hot water or a/c, and it could get a little loud in the morning because it's on the main drag...

After being told on the phone that the price was 25 dollars it was a different story when we arrived. 35 dollars and a sour face at the desk. No breakfast included. No bedside lamps. No water. Advertised as a hotel? Having a laugh! Customer service is non existent and I'm not particularly fussy.

Nice but small room with colony of ants in bathroom. One hammock on balcony with OK sea view from second floor room, restricted by palm trees and huts on the beach. Disinterested staff. Agreed price on phone for matrimonial room and then when we arrived it was more expensive because there was two of us!! We stayed one night and...

We stayed for a week at La Vista, while attending surf camp with Love Life Adventures. We were lucky enough to have the top floor room (#10) which was HUGE! It had a fridge, giant tub and fantastic patio. There were just 2 of us using the double bed, but there were also two single beds and a sitting area....

Great views of the water, Nice balcony with hammock. Offstreet parking. Safe and peaceful. Nice outdoor area with hammocks. A good value. A solid three star hotel with friendly owners who are present for breakfast and drinks at the restaurant in the evening. Front desk staff is friendly. Kitchen staff could be better but food is good,

Managed to get a room here even though we had no reservation. Our room had a private balcony with a hammock. We faced the front courtyard where the gate lead right to the beach. The room was super clean with a large well appointed bathroom. No air conditioning, but we were able to keep the windows open and the breeze...
