I selected this hotel for my business trip after feedback from colleagues. I was really pleased with the customer experience from the point of booking right through my stay and after. The staff are very courteous and friendly, no request is too big or small and the team will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best it can be.
I was given a two bedroom apartment style ‘room’ which was huge and spacious with a panoramic view of the river and mangroves.
With complimentary fresh fruit salad placed in the kitchen daily and excellent housekeeping services I really can’t fault the hotel.
Situated on the edge of the town it is not far to any amenity.
I would really recommend this hotel to anyone either working locally for a fixed period or on vacation.
I’ll definitely return when I am next in Brunei.

I was more than pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and the service provided. Myself and my parents stayed in the hotel due to a family emergency and they were more than kind helping my parents to check in at 3am in the morning after a long night driving back and forth from Bandar to KB to Bandar. I would like to thank Syasya for personally making sure that my parents were comfortable and facilitating them in a lovely and comfortable suite for an excellent rate and making sure their needs were met, even making sure my parents had reserved parking. The suite was beautiful and had a riverside view, and I wish I could have stayed longer to be able to appreciate it. The staff were also very very attentive and professional.. and I had one of the most comforting and hearty breakfasts, which was very much needed after a long night attending to someone in hospital. So you have my thanks and my seal of approval, Sutera Biru. Keep up the excellent work.

When I was told I would be staying at PSB I admit I was a bit worried as to what I would find having stayed at other KB hotels in the past. I need not have worried because PSB is excellent.
This is our room. It’s a two bed apartment and is really comfy and well decorated.
The staff are also very attentive and looked after us very well.
I can really recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a week the room was big but the WIFI was terrible. So slow I could not work.
Ordered breakfast with room service but nothing arrived the first day !
Very friendly staff but average at best as an overall rating for a business hotel.

Had to stay at a hotel for a few weeks before finding a house in Kuala Belait. Since we knew we will stay for an extended period in a hotel, we decided to look at rooms in all key hotels to choose from. Sutera Biru was the nicest & most spacious. We initially stayed in a regular room then moved to a Suite/Studio. In both, Furniture was elegant, nice & modern. Service is excellent & rooms very clean. Bathrooms are way to small, but I guess this is the case in most KB hotels.
Although the restaurant downstairs is very popular, we didn't really like it. Only breakfast was great especially if you have it by the riverside sports bar. Dimsums aren't bad either.
The staff was exceptionally helpful, they were attending to our smallest needs.
Internet available for free in rooms & wifi available for free at reception restaurant & sports bar.
The studio suite had a kitchen, open plan bedroom/living area, a large closet, loads of storage cabinets & a small bathroom.
The larger suites are really nice with large bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, a kitchen area & an elegant living area with either street view or river view.
Highly recommended...

We are placed to this hotel as the one we requested was fully booked. The immigration staff also know about PSB. The driver fetched us from the airport to the hotel of about 1.5 hour. It located behind or after V-plaza hotel.
PSB a I will judge is a service apartment and offices occuping the same building.
The suite we are having is a 2 bed rooms, 1 hall and kitchen. It is comfortable and cosy suite facing the main road and behind is a river. Beside it is a park for exercising along the river. Moring you might see the hornbill bird. The view in morning is excellent.
The wifi in the room is good. The morning breakfast is also good with you can option to consume in the room or at restaurant at the lobby. Breakfast is good of a town at this location which you can select local, amercian, or engish.

My family had just spent 3 days/nights in neighbouring Miri in Sarawak. I wanted to show my children a bit of K/Belait and Seria - to which they hardly ever go even as Bruneians. So thought of spending one day/night in KB. Whilst driving down to Miri, we called to book a room in Plaza Sutera Biru, and was offered their promotional rate for a Junior suite, which we promptly accepted. No internet/credit card hassles. A day before we were due to return to Brunei, the Plaza called to reconfirm the booking. The day we left Miri and got into KB and the Plaza, everything went smoothly, check-in was very well handled. We were very impressed with the room - clean, modern, well-appointed and more than spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 children. My wife especially liked the kitchenette and walk-in wardrobe. (The extra bed came at B$60/night, but still worked out cheaper than getting 2 rooms.) Breakfast was efficient and good (a choice of American breakfast or Dim Sum), and complimentary for 4 persons. We asked for a slightly late check-out after 12 noon, which the Reception staff graciously agreed to.. So overall, a very positive stay, albeit short. The only critique is the lack of a wash spray in the toilet, which the discerning Muslim family/traveller would much prefer.

I have stayed here twice and have been happy with the friendly and service oriented staff. The rooms are getting to a point where a renovation is needed. I got a room at first where the walls were wet! After waiting some time for maintenance staff, the rexeption staff quickly moved me to an other room. (Junior suite, so an upgrade).
At present you have to go to the neighbouring hotel for breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation.

I stayed for just over a week and it was good. Suite was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Cleaners were diligent every day - they didn’t miss anything (including 1 packet of sugar I used). The restaurant downstairs serves excellent Dim Sum too! However, I did report a leak under my sink (twice) that didn’t get repaired, the phone # for room service was out of order, and the TV selection/service was poor. So, you may struggle if you’re looking for the service/quality you get in some 4/5 star hotels. Otherwise a great place that I will surely return to.

Spend 3 weeks on Business trip, nice, clean, wifi ok (Tour de France no problem), nice staff, the restaurant in the lobby was ok, some misunderstandings due to menu card in Malaysian language.
Good location close to the river (take care of the crocodiles, I did´nt see them :-), and close to the mainstreet, if you are looking alternative restaurants, visit Kaizen Sushi, The Cottage or Jolene for excellent Chinese meal, or Zaikai Indian restaurant, not so hungry just take a sandwich at Marylins.
