Nice hotel in Kuala Belait, they had simple bf spread in the morning, a decent theatre and mall built in the complex. Nice and cheap restaurants for our meal. There was pool side rooms you can book and I loved the accessibility to the pool via these rooms however I didn't quite had a good sleep in this hotel probably the beds need improvements.

A nice one night stop getaway from work! Pleasant stay. This hotel lies within shopping outlets which provide sufficient eateries for kids. Breakfast is satisfactory but the atmosphere could have designed better. Room is clean. Aircon is fantastic.

Great room with nice view over the highway and the town. As a foreign visitor I am confined to room for quarantine and dependent on food delivered to the door and assistance via reception and room service. Sadly that has been a great disappointment. After three days I’ve never had a hot meal delivered that wasn’t luke warm or cold and requests for simple things like a sachet of coffee go ignored. Friendly security service on the quarantine floor and reception have politely taken note of requests but It may be other depts letting the side down. It’s a pity. It would seem an easy fix to improve the room service but staff don’t seem to care.

Stayed there couple of times for business trips. Rooms are spacious, clean and the variety of foods in breakfast seems ok. The hotel provides complimentary pick-up & drop service to go Kuala belait town. But, the hotel management seriously needs to think about the hotel lifts. Sometimes, the lift access cards work fine and sometime doesn't, hence someone needs to up & down couple of times before reaching desired floor!

Very roomy but poorly build and maintained. Carpets are smeared and fuzzy. Towels are smelling freah but don’t look inviting white anymore. Shops and all are not giving a shopping experience but you can get a chocolate bar. Cinema is good and nice caramel popcorn.

We were on transit from miri last night at 9pm.. n decide to stay in kb sentral.. upon checkin , nobody bother to get our luggage and I have to carry it myself( the pregnant me).. when i reach the door, then the staff ask if we need assistance.. really.. of all my travels.. I have never been asked, the staff was always next to the carboot ready to lift my bags.. After check in my hubby was ask to move our car because the parking spot was booked.. and there are several empty spaces beside it.. as if we are staying there for free.. and we dont deserve that parking space. Later after we bought some stuff from the grocery store, we realize we didnt bring our room key.. and guess what.. to our surprise, we need to pay a deposit of $50 for a second key.. just in case we lose it.. at that time, i just gave up.. not staying in your hotel anymore.. sorry.. although im a local.. but with this kind of basic needs which the hotel cant meet, What do u think.. By the way, did I mention how bare the breakfast menu are and the lack of assistance of my luggage upon checkout.. well.. you can just assume how thrilled we are to be on our way home.. The hotel is connected to the shopping center, so close to shop and the movies. Its a long way from anything else unless you have a car, No swimming pool or Massage. Breakfast is very average. Resturants in the shopping center are good.

Not knowing Brunei meant I made the mistake of booking this hotel whilst in transit. Sentral certainly doesn't translate as Central to either the airport or main city. Thinking transfers included meant to and from airport. I decided to book. But alas not so. The airport is over an hour and $100 each way. The "included transfers" mean only in the town where the hotel is located. So of little or no benefit to most travellers who would need a car or expensive taxi to arrive at the hotel. The hotel itself is pleasant enough and staff polite and helpful. But unless you need to be in this remote area I would suggest you look at hotels elswhere. Hotel is located above small shopping centre and Cinema, which is a plus as you are away from things otherwise. With the expensive airport transfers this hotel ends up being expensive for an average quality hotel. I will not be returning on my next stop over in transit in Brunei.

The hotel is supposed to be a new structure, however it is already decaying very fast. We booked a "deluxe room" in order to have more space and better upkeeping. The carpet in the hall is stuffy and dusty. As per the room, it is mostlikely not cleaned since the opening of the hotel (see pictures). The shelves of the wardrobe were so dirty that triggered some allergic reaction. The floor on the entrance of the room has numerous old stains, since we could not believe our eyes we thought for a a few seconds they might be some sort of artistic patterns in the tiles. Breakfast is served in a corner of the mall on dirty tables. Choice is limited and not really appealing. The personnel was nice, however the structure is extremely poorly managed. The only possible advise is to avoid staying there.
